Stinky room, smelly carpet, very bad order in the room. We checked out. We were very disappointed and we checked out after finding another establishment.

everything was great;except the breakfast hot dish containers didn't keep food hot.( example the turkey sausage was cold and the brkft sandwich the 1st day was also cold. The other days were fairly warm.

Comfortable! Horrible Breakfast Though
The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was an absolute delight!!! I wish I had gotten her name. My only issue was the breakfast. The bacon was good but the pre-packaged quiche and jalapeño "muffin" was horrible. That was very disappointing especially since i booked 6 rooms total BECAUSE the breakfast is usually really good. This time though, it was really bad!

Room was nice, clean and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was not super friendly, but nice enough. There is plenty around the hotel to do.

Dear Noel, I do apologize for the housekeeping, that is how the hotel is set up. We do housekeep every 2 days but if you need anything please let the front desk know. The ac issue was set to the maintenance man to have that fix and cleaned up.

Very nice hotel
Nice, clean hotel. AC in the room worked great. Breakfast was really good. Pool and pool area was clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I'd definetly go back!

The location is amazing, you have everything close by. The cleaning staff had to be asked to come empty the trash and if we could get our sheets changed. We stayed 1 whole week and didn't get our sheets changed until the day before we left. Our room was only cleaned once the entire week and we did not have the DND sign on the door. The establishment as a whole was extremely clean otherwise.

I'm sorry you had to ask for housekeeping to clean your room. The way the housekeeping schedule works is they go in every 2 days and do the towels and trash and then on the 5th day they do a linen change. Again, I am sorry for that but I hope you come back and see us again in the future.

Nice and clean. We selected this hotel and was looking forward to lounging by the pool for a couple days. Apon check in we were told the pool was closed but would open at 7am. Next day pool is closed. Apparently there was too many chemicals put into the pool so it was not useable. So much for a relaxing couple days at the pool. Hopefully we will be compensated.

The front desk personnel helped me recover my headphones that I left behind. However, the ice machine was not working and there were no alternatives other than walking across the parking lot to McDonald’s.

Good enough for one night
Front deck staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, older but updated. Beds were ok, not as good as some Marriotts. Our conditioner and body wash bottles were almost empty.
