Summary: Welcome to our beautiful newly, fully renovated 1940’s San Marco tiny house! This single-story home is the perfect balance of a historic feel with a modern, chic vibes. Enjoy all the comforts of your own home right at your fingertips. This residence is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and even furry friends! The Space: The tiny house features Smart TVs in the living room, a full kitchen including all pots, pans and cutlery, new comfortable beds. This home easily accommodates 3 guests. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the convertible bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on a quiet street near Historic San Marco Square, this house is within walking distance to San Marco’s many neighborhood amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. It’s the perfect neighborhood for enjoying both family-friendly activities (like exploring nearby museums, parks and waterways) and heading out for late-night apps, drinks and live music! You’re only a short (5 min) drive to Vystar Memorial Arena, Daily’s Place, and TIAA Bank Field for concerts and football games! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire space minus one storage closet. We’ve worked hard to supply you with everything you may need throughout your stay, but in the event that you need anything to make your experience more enjoyable, don’t hesitate to ask. The Neighborhood: Surrounding our tiny house, there is a variety of dining options where guests can explore and find restaurants for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, wine or delicious food you're just a few steps away to the Southern Grounds. Near our Fresh Bungalow you can find what are considered some of the best restaurants in Jacksonville which includes Taverna, The Bearded Pig, Matthews, Town Hall, V's Pizza or Rue Saint Marc or for those home chefs you can swing by a fantastic local butcher at Clines Custom Meats. Other Things to Note: To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking: Check-In & Identity Verification Policy All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes: \-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID \-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity \-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete. If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us. In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies. Guest Count & Occupancy Policy Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee: \-2 & 3 bedroom units: $35 per guest, per night after 4 or 6 guests, respectively Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges. Pet Policy This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs or cats may have stayed in the space previously. Pet fees: \-$30 per night, per pet \-$150 per week, per pet \-$300 per month, per pet Pet fees are not included in the accommodation rate and will be requested after booking once the number of pets is confirmed. Local Reservation Policy Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply: \-Up to 1 hour: $50 \-1–2 hours: $100 \-2–3 hours: $150 \-3+ hours: $200 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater) Please do not assume availability without confirmation. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies. Special Request Policy Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. However, the location in San Marco felt a little "iffy" as far as neighborhoods go. The description of "adorable 2 bedroom tiny home" was a bit of a stretch as the 2nd bedroom was a single bed with a curtain instead of a door. The porch was dirty, had not been swept, the blinds were cheap & had missing areas, and the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. Also, the kitchen area had a coffee maker, tea bags, coffee filters, sweeteners, etc. but no coffee! Thankfully, I had brought some. All in all, for the price it was a big letdown.
