~NEW TO RENTAL MARKET~ Come to visit beautiful and serene Amelia Island. The weather is beautiful year round. Activities, shopping, and history abounds in this little gem of the Atlantic Ocean.

A year long renovation project has just been completed and is now ready for YOU and the rental market. This newly painted first floor (5 steps) Amelia Landings Condo features a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Unique to Amelia Landings rentals, is a KING size bed in the master suite. (Truly a rarity). The second bedroom has two twins with luxurious Tuft and Needle mattresses. In addition, a convenient pullout couch converts to a full size bed as well. Both bathrooms feature new vanities, fixtures, and granite tops. The kitchen has just received a facelift, granite and tile. A new coffee/wine bar has been added along with a new full size washer and dryer to meet your family's needs. A large lanai with ceiling fan boasts two sitting areas surrounded by greenery making the most of the outdoors. Entrances directly from the master bedroom and the living room make this a favorite place for morning coffee or afternoon wine and appetizers.

The condo boasts TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room using YouTube Live TV with Netflix and other channels available for your sign in. There are ceiling fans in every room. One of the largest outdoor pools on the island is steps away. A convenient boardwalk takes you to the ocean in 8- 10 minutes. We supply all linens, beach towels, soap, trash bags, and starter paper products. We always have chairs and children's toys available along with a cart to take beachside. Our kitchen has an array of spices, crockpot, rice maker, blender, coffeemaker and grinder, and Viking cookware.

Great Place!

What a great place! It felt like a little home away from home for a long weekend. The covered porch was perfect for a rainy morning, and the location was better than we'd even expected, with a walkway through the neighborhood dropping you at restaurants and the beach in mere minutes. David was wonderful to work with and lives super close in case of any issues (he even saw us looking for the walkway and helped direct us!). We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time on Amelia Island! The condo was perfectly located from the beach and tons of restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities provided as well. Our toddler enjoyed the selection of beach toys! David was a super communicative host and was able to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amelia Landings. The condo was clean and easy to get to. We loved how the restaurants and beach access were in walking distance. Our host even provided a nice beach cart with an umbrella, chairs, beach toys and beach towels, which was an unexpected surprise. We will definitely be coming back for future vacations.

Fun place to be!

My husband and I chose to stay here for our summer vacation. It’s a great location! Not far at all from the beach and not far from different attractions and restaurants! Place was very clean, well equipped with what you need for the week, and felt very homey! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Amelia Island. David was GREAT to communicate with and so kind!

Family wedding

My family and I stayed at this location for a family wedding. Great location, easy to get around the island many things near by. Place was clean, beds very comfortable, pool great. Last, our host provided great info to get there and all details prior to check in and communicated well throughout our stay. We would come back again!

Ideal location for a first time visitor to Fernadina Beach!

Ideal location for short walk to the beach as well as a Dairy Queen and restaurants. Tree lined community that is so peaceful despite being off a busy road that takes you to either side of the island. Host is wonderful and provides all you could need and is quick to respond to any questions. As a newbie to the area, I appreciated all the recommendations and tips he provided. Wonderful visit!

First floor via about 5 steps. Very clean. Owner communication was awesome: called before our stay and messaged with info. This was our 3rd stay in Amelia Landings..which is a great location. The reason this rental is at the top of our list: King sized bed! Would definitely stay here again...

Excellent Secluded Area for stay.

Perfect location for a secluded peaceful stay in Fernandina Beach yet has access to whatever you might want to explore, beaches, downtown, shops, etc. Clean, professional management all necessary items for daily use. David is easy to talk to and attentive to your needs. What's not to like.

The condo was just like the pictures. Host David was very good to communicate with. Any questions he always gets back to you right away. Condo was very well equipped with whatever you need. Restaurants and beach are nearby. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Amelia Island Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. David was exceptional host. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a new full-size washer and dryer was a plus. There was plenty of parking, and we were grateful there were only 5 short stair steps to the condo. It was in a great location - a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants, and stores. Publix was 5 minutes or less away. We definitely recommend it and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect in every way!

We loved the condo and the host. We were especially appreciative of the first floor position with minimal steps. The host went above and beyond caring for our comfort when there was a water main break due to utility digging in the area. He was easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo location is conveniently located to anywhere we wanted to go. The interior has a very pleasant atmosphere, and was supplied with everything we needed. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo was a great choice for a getaway to Amelia with friends! The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well stocked with anything you may need— they even included tennis rackets and a martini shaker. It is only a short walk to the pool, and it’s very close to the beach. It is also an easy walk to Sliders Restaurant, where they serve what I believe is the best French toast I’ve ever had. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had, and quite helpful with suggestions about what to do while there. I would give it more than five stars if I could. Don’t miss out on this one!

Great central location!

The property owner was the best correspondent I have ever encountered in renting properties - fast, detailed responses! He could not have been more accommodating. I knew exactly what to expect on arrival. Condo was clean and well-appointed; this is obviously a property dear to the owner's heart. Wonderful screened porch! We lacked for nothing during our stay. The features I liked best about the property are its ground-floor location and its central location close to town, stores, restaurants, etc. Perfect location for enjoying everything Amelia Island has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything we needed but the Sun!

A lovely little condo about 1/4 mile walk from the beach. Quiet complex. Very nice back porch, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen items. Best of all it does have a wagon with everything you need for the beach, lots of kids toys too. There is a pool and tennis courts (which the condo also had racquets.) The owner is super responsive and very kind. We unfortunately had terrible weather, but managed to visit nearby Jekyll Island and ventured to St. Agustine. The beach itself on Amelia Island is full of shells and soft sand. Will be returning to this island. (In better weather) We flew into Jacksonville and it is a super easy trip from the airport.

Like staying with a friend

We booked this property for a 3-night stay (mid-week) and had a great time. It was precisely as advertised. Clean, well-stocked and a great location. The kitchen has just about everything you could want including coffee pots, filters, full sets of dishes, glasses, cookware, toaster, pitchers, bowls, baking and more. The patio was serene and the entire property nicely furnished. There are even pickle-ball & tennis racquets (and PB balls), kids beach toys and cart, small cooler. Very comfortable, and David was extremely helpful and courteous. It really was like staying at a friend's place. We made use of the bike trails, visited the fort and explored downtown, and used the (rundown but serviceable) boardwalk to reach the beach for a walk. The community is so welcoming and friendly - we would definitely return!
