The TV in the first room we in did not work, however they did move us to another room. In the second room, the shower and toilet did not drain correctly. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

I travel quite a lot and this is the best hotel I have found. I will always return when heading south through Jackson on my way to the Emerald Coast, Gulf Coast and New Orleans. This hotel offers great service with a super friendly staff that goes above and beyond in a nice clean well managed hotel in a great area! The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is hot with many options AND it is right off of I-55! I have stayed here twice now, both stays were exceptional! Not only that, but the price is right. Stay here, and look no further.

The likes was many reasons. Friendly serve, cleanliness, the convenience to a shopping area. The only negative reason is that my room was located in a nosey part of the first floor. I could hear the cars on the interstate and people entering into the building. Rooms on the first floor are not good for me.

The room was very dirty. No toilet paper, no soap. It didn’t appear the room at been cleaned properly at all. Room or bathroom.

The cleaning staff at this establishment is horrible. They left towels in the hallway. I was there 2 nights and they never vacuum the halls. The floor in my room had pet hair all over it. Do not stay here.
