A FAIRFIELD DISAPPOINTMENT

The air conditioner in one of our rooms did not work correctly. Kept going off on its own and not coming back on like it should have. Very uncomfortable. Did not report it because my son and his friends were in the room next door and I was not switching rooms in the middle of the night. Also, it was uncomfortably warm in the lobby are. A few years ago, my sons and I stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and really liked it. I booked 2 rooms at the one in Pearl and was VERY disappointed after the A/C malfunctioned. I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn, nor will I recommend your hotel to anyone. It was ridiculous to pay $90+ dollars for a room without a properly functioning air conditioner.
