Staff was extremely rude and unreasonable. First room our toilet didnt work so we got a different one and the air conditioner was messed up in the second one and they told me they wouldnt move us again. Was not as clean as it should have been.

Misrepresented by pictures on website
This hotel isn't represented correctly by its photos on your website at all. Pictures make it look very nice and clean. It is not nice and clean. Rooms were furnished with towels and bed linens that were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. Hotel is very run down and not well maintained at all. Staff was friendly enough. However this is definitely not a good hotel and is also in the bad part of town. Would not recommend anyone stay here ...

Run away-don’t walk! Run down shanty property
Upon pulling up to this hotel, we were skeptical about safety & poor condition of this property but checked in anyway due to non-refundable purchase & being so tired from our road trip. The best thing about this hotel was the person checking us in-Lewis tried to accommodate us the best he could (requested 1st floor room) but as we drove around the back of the hotel to get to our location, we about blew out a tire on the asphalt chunks & holes. We noticed a woman cutting through a cut in the chainlink security fence (prostitute??) on our way back & then the terrible condition of the rooms facing the back-all the curtains were deteriorating, there were personal furniture items/trash outside on the walkways, and when we arrived at our room, our parking area was adjacent to a Taco Bell drive through-felt like we were parking AT the restaurant. The worst was yet to come-once I got inside the room, I had to use the bathroom urgently, but when I went in the bathroom, the doorknob was broken out of the door frame just laying in there. The towel bar was ripped off the wall, and the bathtub had rusted out on the exterior!!! Talk about a health hazard. I couldn’t even finish my pee before I was calling the front desk to just leave the property. Apparently, the request happens so frequently the front desk didn’t even try to fight me on staying-they agreed to work with Hotels.com to allow me a refund. STAY IN HOLLADAY, NOT JACKSON.

I work for a trucking company and booked my drivers , husband and wife team, a room last night. The mattress was COVERED in bedbugs , I have the pics , the pillows were covered in drool and stuck and the bath tub was filthy. I contacted reservations, they told me to have my driver go to the front desk for another room. I told my driver to look at the room before going in and that's when the clerk told my driver to get the "F" out of his motel now!" I am reporting this to the health dept of TN as well .I told the Customer Care people for Windham Properties I want a full refund. Does that come from Expedia or them? Thank you, Nan

Swimming pool was closed. Sink and bath area were terrible . Rail hanging off wall, mirror broken and stained, doorhandle to toilet area hanging off and unusable, bath badly stained around drain, ceiling paint above bath hanging off and stained, and cockroaches around dirty toilet bowl area. Room number117. I will never use Days Inn again, and I am considering ending my use of Expedia for future hotel referrals.

The rooms were misrepresented online via Expedia, showed a very nice pool which in fact was drained not operational! Corridors smelled of urine! People in parking lot very sketchy and loud, profanity! My granddaughter was terrified! Nasty disgusting place, staff not helpful in anyway! Could not even get clean towels! We had to check out and go somewhere else even though we had already paid, was told only Expedia could give us a refund!! Expedia is yet to reply !!

This is the absolute worst property I have ever stayed and I have stayed at some pretty sleepy places around the world. Curtains tattered and torn. Hair in sink and tub. Burn holes in bedding. Stains on sheets and towels. All in all, just nasty. This one should be removed from the Expedia sight as it brings down the overall quality of Expedia.

I came to the property and they gave me a room not finished being clean. I was so tired that I was like give me the things I’ll finish the room. He told me they are out of pillow cases and I can use the rags from the room to clean. He showed me another room and it smelled like urine and it had a big stain on the fitted sheet and the bathroom looked like 100 people took a shower there’s more if I wasn’t to tired to explain

This hotel was misrepresented on all websites including their own. Conditions were horrible, gross. Shocked that it somehow got a 7.5 rating. This shows me that you cannot trust these reviews. I would have switched hotels if it wasn’t a late arrival and just too frustrated and tired to go through the fight. Will never use this hotel chain again. May never use Expedia again. Sad that people can print fraudulent pictures. Horrible
