Well it was a little confusing because they’re switching it to a red roof I guess and the parking lot had a huge pot hole in it super dangerous for tires of travelers. Super sweet staff though would stay here again!

This hotel was horrible. It has a horrible smell. The bed sheets were not clean and there were roaches all over the room. It was truly disgusting. On top of that, there were barely any channels working in the tv. It was honestly bad. I’m not coming here again.

The rooms are not bad but the staff and owners are very rude . You will need a dump truck to get to your room with all the large sink holes in the drive way. I stood there twice and one time my room didn't have a microwave and the second time I had to complain and threaten to leave to get a microwave in the room . Horrible experience , I would not stay here again

It took 25 minutes to get check in help at the front desk who tjen argued I was early...at 5pm. Acted drugged out. Roaches. No coffee. Breakfast bar almost empty except condiments and no coffee. Overall crappy experience.

Had to leave after the first night due to the door being ajar when we returned for the night When we asked for a refund, was told no refund and that we were lying about the door to our room being open. Advised her that not t only was this the second room (first room was filthy so they gave us another room)- we asked for additional sheet due to sheet's being dirty- was told there would be a $15 charge for the extra sheet. But after our room being ajar even though we told it we didn't want any housekeeping, the room was still entered--Unacceptable!!! Will be disputing the charge because we didn't stay there!!! And the people behind the desk didn't care whether we left or not or whether we dispute the charge!!

Bug infested rooms with filthy bedsheets.
The rooms were absolutely filthy, and we could not spend the night. The first room they gave us had at least a dozen bugs in it. They moved us to a room with dirty bed sheets (yellow red and black stains, burn holes, and haird all over the sheets). We had to find another place to sleep. It was that disgusting and unacceptable.To make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund. Do not stay here, the conditions of the rooms are squalid and the management is negligent. If management is reading this, please give me a refund.
No one was at the front desk so we left a note before we left. They refuse to give us a refund for a rooms we couldn't stay in. Unacceptable.

When I walked up I saw all kind of unnecessary stuff in the front entrance yard I guess you can say. Then I walked in guest area to check in and the first time was that they had the breakfast area unfinished like boxes and all kinds of stuff sitting there look like for months on going so I asked to check in the young lady was nice and polite but was on the phone on her Bluetooth the entire time while checking me in. So checked in the next thing that gave me red flags was that I was paying almost 2x what they where charging online thinking getting a great or better deal then on person so that pist me off plus saying in the information that Free Breakfast but there not even a breakfast area at all 🤔 so i go up to my room. The 3rd thing was I turn the lights on as i walk in theres a sitting are with a couch desk end tables lamps u know all needs to be updated so can't turn light on tv comes on but somehow not connected for channels tired everything 😕 so walk in then i see roaches thats a no no from the start so I got my room changed went in this room same thing crazy because

First off they are in the middle of renovations so when I arrived there was a wasp in the lobby amongst other things. The room we stayed in tv wasn’t working. Although she offered to change my room she didn’t have my preference available because they are renovation. We had big dirty towels to use as bath towels. Ages when I requested more they gave us some rags. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed was the comfortable part of our stay. Well my kids did get to enjoy the pool. After being told it was closed because they was renovating.

Just sleep in your truck!
Awful Smelled like straight mold dew. We noticed shortly after the carpet was damp! On top of the smell being awful we seen 2 roaches one crawling on the wall beside the bed! There was what looked like blood and dirt on the curtain the sheets were dirty and holes throughout the room including the wall of the shower! Would not recommend will not stay again

I liked nothing about this property. As soon as we walked into the room there were cockroaches crawling up the wall. I went in the bathroom and there was moth poop on the toilet paper. The soap AND shampoo dispensers were totally empty, so I knew our room had not even been cleaned. I asked the receptionist if we could get another room and she had one. It looked kind of gross but smelled like it had been cleaned a little so we took that one. The bathroom light did not work so I had to give my two-year-old a shower (because the plug for the bath drain was also missing) in the dark with my phone flashlight. The toilet never stopped running all night. The pillows were about 12 in tall so we had two choices, to use no pillow, or break our necks. The next morning we went down to breakfast and it was all dark and there was a shopping cart (from where? who knows) parked in front to block it off. I asked the lady at the desk if they had a breakfast to take away thinking maybe they're still doing the covid thing with pre-wrapped breakfast? She was very rude and said "You can see there is no breakfast." I asked if the coffee machine was at least on and she told me I had coffee in the room. There was a coffee pod machine in our room and packets of instant coffee with nothing to load them in. I told her the coffee machine and coffee in our room did not work together and she told me "You put it in there" and walked off. I will never stay here again.

I had a problem with my hotel room. They put me in a room where the A/C wasn’t working. I asked to be put in another room and they said everything was booked but why put me in a room that they knew the air was working. I had to go purchase a fan in order to maintain comfort.

Bed was comfortable. That’s where the positive stops. Bathroom ceiling was falling in, looked like black mold on the ceiling from water damage and had been painted over. No coffee for coffee maker. No toilet paper in bathroom. Bathroom door hinges were loose and door dragged badly. Sofa bed was not usable. There hasn’t been breakfast at the hotel since before Covid started. Still have “stay 6 feet apart” stickers and signs saying “masks must be worn”. Nobody wore masks. Also, hallways smell like cigarette smoke and very strong, sweet, cheap air freshener. Inside the room smelled fine. My family has been staying here for years and each time is worse than the last. I believe this will be our last stay, sadly. If the owners would do some updating, this could be a nice place again. Unfortunately, it seems like they don’t care about the property. On the plus side, it is reasonably priced and convenient location, close to restaurants.

I had to push a ring doorbell to get anyone to counter to check in. Once someone finally came, they acted as if it was an inconvenience to check me in at 3:30 pm. Then they tried to charge me $20 more bc we were going to use the pull out sofa bed that clearly states it sleeps 3. Never brought us the sheets for the pull out bed. Owner was very rude. We were supposed to stay here 4 more times this spring but have cancelled and changed hotels. The air conditioner was never turned on and didn’t work the entire night. Once we started packing up the car to leave, they turned it on.

I was given a dirty room then given room where nothing worked, dirty, bed sheets had brown stains on them, walls were dirty, no iron but ironing board, sink had no stopper, bathroom door wouldn’t close😡. The only reason we stayed was because of our refund might not be credited back to our credit card and it was going to be a hassle but believe me we were very unsatisfied from the time we go there and paid for 2 nights. Run, run away. We had 2 rooms, the main door wouldn't latch shut on one room, a guy came out with a big hammer and beat it into submission at 9pm. One room had no toilet paper at all not even on the roller. Both rooms bathroom doors wouldn't close more than halfway. No pots in either room for the coffee maker. Moldy golfball size hole in ceiling in one bath from water damage, rooms felt sticky even with AC running, floor in one room was slippery like the french fry area in a restaurant. Had a breakfast area that was being used for storage of what seemed to be debris, no breakfast, no coffee, no nothing. The beds where comfortable and it was quiet.
No toilet paper at all in this room

I don't usually write reviews (especially negative ones), but quite honestly, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and all I found while booking was good ones. The exterior and location seemed nice, as did the pool, but the moment we walked into our room we were hit with a strong, musky, mildewy odor. Neither the front door nor the bathroom door opened or closed properly, there was actual mold all over the shower curtain and water damage marks on the ceiling, the bathroom floor was clearly unswept with dirt and dead bugs all over it, and the pullout couch was absolutely useless as there was no bedding for it and the mattress felt like nothing but springs. The only reason we didn't just up and leave was because we had all been on the road for many hours and just needed a little rest and showers. However, someone was banging on doors on our floor well into the night so we didn't even get that. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay anywhere else.

Not the best stay, but still a good one.
This was not my first time staying at this hotel, but it was one of my worst ones. There were cleaning products left in the room. No ashtrays were available even though it was a smoking room. There was hair in the sheets. The door to the closet came completely off the hinge upon opening it. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. There was used coffee bag still in the coffee pot.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was extremely cheap to rent. The air conditioning was great and you could set it very low, which helps me sleep. The tub/shower was nice and roomy. When I originally came in, I felt like the comments other made about it not being clean were unfair. I had to kill a roach in the bathroom, and when I went to pull down the sheets, I realized there was a pest problem there, too. There were two beds, so I used the smaller, less comfortable one. That's my only complaint, but it's a fairly serious one. I'm also an above the knee amputee, and without prompting the guy at the desk asked if I needed an accessible room and said they had some. I declined, and the regular room met my needs in that arena.

The lady was on her phone the whole time checking us in.. we had 5 people staying in one room was telling me I can’t have all my friends in the room when I booked it for 5 people.. she was very rude.. the room could be alittle better phone didn’t work.. but it wasn’t to bad for us to only sleep there

The staff was nice 👌 👍 🙂. But my room was not clean when I made it there @ 6pm. I dusted, sprayed, wiped down bed . Bathroom floor used my own lysol wipes and spray to clean and per my time there I had to request my room to be clean. I had three nights! I clean myself when I made it there my guess was an hour away. Per my request they came and vacuum the floors. No problem and came right on. You want your place to look and feel clean when you are paying to stay! M.Alexander
