The room was comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’ property is protected.

Our room had roaches and the resolution was for them to spray the room. My husband and i felt uncomfortable the entire stay. The room we were in gave one bedroom apartment on the south side of Chicago. Cracks in the walls, poorly cleaned washroom and stained body towels were given to us. I would visit Jamaica again just not this resort. The only good thing was the staff was super nice
