"Clean room"

"The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair that I paid $230."

"elevator was a scary experience, nervous laughter every time it shook and bounced up and down, wifi in the room for streaming was spotty and went off several times, room was ok but the mattress and pillows need an upgrade, not very comfortable, and the whole property needs a renovation badly."

"We have stayed here several times and the property and the rooms are always clean and well kept. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is always great and the hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and close to restaurants and the convenient store!"

"My bride and I had a wonderful weekend here. In fairness, the hotel could use some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but the rooms are cleaned and maintained well, and regularly over all of the days we were there, and the staff…every one we spoke with…was super courteous and helpful and catered to our needs with excellence. The breakfasts were great, and the manager of those breakfasts was super helpful at all times and always cleaning to make room for new guests with the same exceptional breakfast service. There is plenty of parking in well-lit areas, and the sounds of the occasional train along Route 66 were not too intrusive. The over-all experience with this hotel is that we would definitely stay again."

"Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. "
