Conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to nearby attraction. Hotel seems a bit worn out but the view of mount fuji and the hot spring is a plus

Located within 5-6 mins walk from the JR station, very easy to access. The staff are very friendly. Excellent facilities including the natural hot spring bath, which is so comfortable and relaxing after a day of walking. We really enjoyed the popsicle and the complimentary noodles in the evening.

Hotel had nice heated relaxation pool separate one for men and one for women, free noodles in middle of night. Small but most in Japan are. But clean and very close 5 minute walk to JR Station. Good rate.

The spa and the breakfast were both top notch! The hotel itself is aging a bit. But the spa and breakfast quality totally make up any small lack I may have felt for the facilities as a whole. I’ve stayed at many hotels that serve breakfast and this gets an A ! The spa is perfect for true spa lovers. It has everything you would want.

We loved the Onsen experience. It was the first time me and my daughters tried the traditional way of Japanese bathing. The Onsen was open from the afternoon till 10 AM. You can wash your clothes for free with just ¥100 for the dryer. They serve hot noodles at night. Its walkable from Mishima Station where you can take the bus to Kawaguchico station if you want to see Mt Fuji. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing fancy but everything you need!
Dormy Inn is conveniently located near Mishima station. There are several good local restaurants. The in-house breakfast is good. The rooms are clean - we stayed twice for 2 nights each and both of our rooms had nice views of Mt. Fuji. The staff are very nice and accommodating.

I LOVED this hotel. The onsen was amazing, such a little treat. The staff were so friendly. The rooms was bigger than others I've stayed in across Japan on our trip so all in all, i'd highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is great. It's very close to the station (cca. 4min walk even with a suitcase) and close to some restaurants. The room was small, but sufficient for 2persons. We stayed with our 2,5 years old boy, who slept with us on the bed. There's no room for a cot, but it was our choice to sleep this way. Only for stay during a day in a room, it'd be too small (we stayed only one night). Very nice is the service of soba later in the evening. And onsen is very nice taking into account you are in the center of a town. It had indoor and outdoor bath and sauna. Open till 1am and then again from 6am till 10am.We stayed only one night on the way to Fuji Safari Park and were happy about our choice. Would stay here again.

Very hard pillows, and unfortunately no way to see Fuji from the hotel unless you're in the Onsen. Other than that very friendly staff (though not much English, which is understandable).

Friendly staff very helpful. Only I had problems with bed and pillows. Too hard for me. Hot spring water is excellent. You have Mt Fuji view from there. Open overnight also. Enjoyed every minute.

Excellent Japanese chain hotel with great amenities such as the Onsen on the rooftop with views of Mount Fuji, free noodles at night and free coffee station in the lobby. Quiet and clean rooms with adequate size for Japanese standards. I highly recommend it.

Nice cosy hotel near the Mishima Station. Room was spacious and overlooking the magnificent Mt Fuji. The rooftop onsen was well equipped with shower facilities and a replaxation corner. Free beverages are also provided in the hotel lobby. Had a pleasant stay and managed to explore some of the interesting places like the Mishima Sky Walk fruit farms, and fish market.

Enjoyable stay at Dormy Inn Mishima
Clean, spacious and comfortable room with morning view of Mount Fuiji. Good selection of food at breakfast (albeit 1500 yen per person) and restaurant staff are very polite and efficient. It was great too they served the night supper of ramen noodles soup.
