Far from Eden.
I returned in this hotel after 10 years or so. The rooms very redecorated in our room was very clean. Beside friendly staff and free parking unfortunately that is all that is good in this hotel. We waited almost an hour for the check-in. The line was long as I would wait for the last plane to evacuate planet earth. Same story for the breakfast and dinner. If you don't pick odd hours for dinning you my find yourself looking for a free table for 10 minutes. I can't imagine what looks like on high season in July or august there. Tables in the dinning room are big as there are only families with 5 children or so. You have no privacy at all. The food is tasteless. The staff there is a disaster. They were not able to clean our big table (for 8 people) the whole time we were dinning our meal. So the two of us sat there among the piles of food and dirty plates that have been left from people that ate before we came. The room was cold. Although the air-conditioner could heat, that wasn't enough. They won't see us again there.

Wonderful stay at Eden
This hotel has everything. The location and the activities are awesome. The room was comfortable,nice ,big and clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee it was just ok.I enjoyed the pools and the beach access with all the complimentary launges. It was a short pleasant walk to the old town with all the shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's nice for families with children as well.

Eden is beautifully refurbished. Our room, a family suite was perfect for our family of four. The location is stunning, surrounded by trees and the gardens are well maintained. The pool area is lovely and even though it is shared with Lone, we never had any issues getting sunbeds when we usually arrived in the afternoon. The beach area was lovely but quite small so got very busy. The walk into Rovinj is lovely along the promenade. We hired bikes and kayaks from the hotel. Although kayaks are way overpriced at €20 an hour when around the bay in the forest you can hire them for €6. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and quality was ok. We had to eat there one evening due to bad weather and the quality of the food wasn’t good, especially for the price. Plenty more amazing restaurants in town.

Overall this is really a beautiful property. you should know that the hotel is huge and from end to end is a very long walk. f the room you get is at the far end everything you do is a long walk. Additionally the parking is really not on the hotel property. Approximately 2 weeks away. It is an inconvenience.

Excellent place to stay and relax
We enjoyed most things about our stay at Maistra Eden Hotel! We came during the busy season, so it was hard to find a spot by the pool, but there are plenty of pleasant places to lay in the sun and walk into the pool or Adriatic. The staff are friendly and professional. They always greeted us and the facilities were well managed.

Fantastic renovated property in a lovely lush garden. The setting, pools and beach make this special. The dining area is large and spacious with great food options for breakfast. Skip the beachside cafe though.

The environmental aspects of the property could be improved. Stop using one use plastic tubes for the bathroom gels etc. - use refillable instead. Encourage guests to keep towels rather than change daily - flag up/encourage option at least. More environmental awareness raising etc would be good.

I loved everything about this hotel: from the amazing pool to the stunning beach, great spa for rainy days and very clean rooms! No queues for breakfast and I was glad to see that there were plenty of sun beds available around the pool and on the beach, even after 10am. Definitely recommend it, had the best and most relaxing week!

Great location right by the beach and Punte Corrente forest (with bike hire) and a nice 15mins stroll along the promenade into Rovinj old town. Excellent animation team who run a range of activities for all ages and interests, from yoga to trampolining to sea kayaking and daily aqua-aerobics. A friendly and accessible hotel and the animation team make it stand-out among the Maistra Group. The hotel and staff worked hard to manage Covid-19 precautions and succeeded in providing a high standard of service which worked well for guests.

Nice room, Modern, clean hotel. Great location. Great Outdoor pool (closes at 7-Why?)... indoor saltwater too really nice. Small 4person jacuzzi was not heated.. disappointing..

Modern hotel in a perfect location. Very comfortable bright refurbished rooms with ample storage space, access to a nice hotel beach at a calm bay with all necessary beach services. Proximity to the Zlatni Rt park (just next to the hotel, perfect for morning walks and runs) and Rovinj Old Town (ca. 20-30 mins. walk via a beautiful promenade with great sunset views). Rich breakfast buffet (no self-service due to COVID-19 measures), however, dinner buffet very poor and not to a 4* standard (limited choice staff started to clean-out the food already 30 mins before the restaurant closing time) - definitely recommend to eat out in Rovinj for better value for money and quality/atmosphere. Choice of food at the beach restaurant rather limited (salads, pizza, burger) and staff unattentive, lacking hospitality. All in all - hotel highly recommended for its location and facilities, some services should be improved though to correspond to the expected hotel standard.

Everything was excellent. However location and parking we’re not the easiest. The location is a long walk from old town. Parking is two blocks from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.
