We stay here regularly as the hotel and the organisation are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, I needed to work whilst here and they have been very supportive of getting me set up so I’m comfortable whilst working. Area is spot on for everything!

Emirtimes in Kadikoy
Not much of choice in breakfast buffet, no hot food or toasts even the traditional Turkish breakfast and no drinks either.

Initially, I got a room on the third floor. But the room smelled like someone just smoked in, window crank was broken. They gave me another one on the second floor which also was smelly. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny

Loved staying here, right in the centre of Kadikoy and the staff were very nice and helpful! Only downside would be that the place wasn’t perfectly cleaned but wasn’t a big deal for my trip.

Staff was excellent. The suite itself had some issues. Only AC on one of the 2 suite rooms. Light stayed on outside the “master suite” window all night. I would not visit again with a large family but it was located perfectly and the staff was great. Break was serviceable and again the staff was fantastic. I would stay again in a normal room “for 2 people” but the family suite was not good enough to revisit. Thanks again everyone who made the stay welcome.

People Suck!!!!
Very nice place.. great location.. the personal.. FANTASTIC!! BUT….. Loud Obnoxious and rude people (meaning guests) terrible.. absolutely terrible.. no regard for other guests.. i’ve been to a lot of places stayed in a lot of countries.. This has been the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life… every night it was something different.. from baby is crying to women crying yelling and screaming televisions loud.. ehhhhhhhhh.. pity

My general opinion is the services are very good.
It was very comfortable and staffer are very friendly. Only that the staff need to be advised on small small mistakes they usually make, such as forgetting to put complimentary water or tea bags in the room on daily basis untill asked.

I wish the bed sheets would be more cleaner. I generally like the Emirtimes Hotel but there is still a need for the improvement in quality. Çarşaf takımının daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. Genel olarak Emirtimes Oteli beğensem de daha iyi olabileceğini düşündüğüm eksiklikler mevcut.

Dirty blanket, hair on the bedding, the room and bathroom were pretty run down and dirty. Sink and shower need replacement. On top of that the reception boys hardly spoke any English so communication was frustrating. Luggage storage was awful-they have no luggage platform and did not offer to carry my carry on so no sercice there. Overall pretty unpleasant experience

The location is good for arrival and departure from Sabiha airport. Good and cheap connection ( with Istanbul card) with Europian part of the city on ferry of Marmaray ( 1 metro station and 15 minutes walking from the hotel) . The area is not spoiled by mass tourism. The fridge in the room was not working as was TV but due to short stay decided not to bother. The staf is very friendly and speaks English .

Thumbs Up Great Hotel!
First off the hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms and the bathroom were immaculate, the common areas modern and updated. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you cannot find a better place for the price. The room size is commensurate with the price but quite honestly the only time you should spend in a hotel in Istanbul is when you sleep! I highly recommend getting a private car pick you up from the airport o the hotel round trip. It's inexpensive and can be booked on travelocity.

Lovely clean hotel, everything was of a good order. We had nice view from our hotel room on 5th floor. Points to note: lift can only hold 3 people. Saturday nights does get very loud outside within the pubs and clubs!

Exceptional Personnel
If this hotel was 50 miles out of town, it would still be worth staying at for its personnel but hey it is right in the heart of Kadikoy with quick access to everywhere in Istanbul. I have to mention the amazing service, the employees were very helpful and efficient. There are facilities with exceptional personnel here and there but at Zirve Hotel the whole team were amazing, always greeting with a warm smile, very sincere. The room I stayed was a bit small but I asked for a single room and for the price it was more than I expected. The room was very clean and one could notice the effort to make it enjoyable, there were rose peddles in the room when I first checked in. Also I should not forget to mention the rich and great breakfast they offer.

Don't go to this hotel
Room is very small and there is no window in the room. No refrigerator in the room, no minibar, no coffee/tea maker. Room was not clean. If you go to this hotel, don't want the room 106. It is at the end of corridor on the first floor. Wifi is very poor. Breakfast was ok. I stayed only one night. Never again. It's like a prison. I made photos , i can show this room.

Great hotel at a great price (low season / winter)
The room was clean however facing an academy that gives classes at night so for privacy purposes I just make sure the curtains were shut. The bathroom has great pressure and no tricks for getting hot water. Staff was very hospitable.

Qute good location, clean, but a bit expensive
The hotel is newly renovated, but suffering from technical problems: the water was shut down twice, the water pressure is very low on 5th floor, the air in the bathroom was stinking due to a not completely fixed wast water tube. However, this is typical for Turkish buildings. The neighbourhood is not very nice, directly in front of the hotel is a ruin of a building. Many houses are not very well repared. The traffic in the morning is loud, and many seagulls are extremely noise on the roof. The rooms are lacking cosy lamps, one lamp at the sealing per room is not very cosy. The breakfast is rich with cheese, a warm soup, egg, tomatoes and cucumbers, cake, turkisch delights and turkish tea, but lacking good coffee and fruits. All in all: very clean, good lokation, but quite expensive for the offer.

Not a clean hotel
I noticed that the stairway in the lobby had several days of dust and dirt on them. It was my first clue. In my room, I saw that the duvet cover had not been changed, and there was not extra sheet. This meant I was expected to pull a dirty duvet on myself to sleep that night. I went down to ask for clean sheets and told them they should have prepared my room before I came. I went back to my room to wait for the sheets and noticed that there were greasy footprints on the floor, from feet, not shoes. Then I checked the bathroom sink with my finger and it had scum all over it. The hotel brochure was also stained and sticky. I told the hotel to cancel my reservation and called a friend to come and get me. They could not cancel because they said Expedia had booked it through another company. I could not contact Expedia because you had to call through the local US number to contact customer support. the hotel offered to update me the next day, but I didn't want to eat breakfast in a place that was so unclean. Istanbul was lovely, and I had a great trip despite my first impression at this hotel. I hope they will pay more attention to having rooms clean and ready for guests in the future.

Good place to sleep.
I needed a place to stay while doing business in the area. The location was great! The breakfast was good. The service was fine. They even brought a fruit plate to my room the evening I arrived! The sheets looked a little stained, but they did seem clean. The interior of the hotel appears to have been redone recently. I would stay here again!

A great value in center of Kadikoy.
Staff treated us very kindly from the beginning. They even offered us breakfast since we arrived earlier. The breakfast was very nice and variant. The rooms are very clean but some have small bathrooms which is OK. We decided to stay 4 more nights at the hotel and they upgraded our room to a suite for free.

Convenient location on Asian side of Istanbul
Traditional (free) Turkish breakfast. Walking distance to the ferry if you want to visit the European side of Istanbul. Also within walking distance of the bus to SAW airport. Good hotel choice if you want to save money by staying on the Asian side of Istanbul and flying through SAW.
