great location especially as its only a 10 minute walk from the havaist bus service 19 to taksim from the new Istanbul airport. you can easily get to other parts of Istanbul with the Metro station at taksim but just remember the metro and bus service shuts down at midnight. the hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, sadly it needs a slight refurbishment as some of the finishes in the room were disappointing. a surprise to me was that the hotel has its own entrance on the 1st floor to the Irish pub, fantastic atmosphere with great views at night over the Bosphorus. mostly its locals who visit it and no tourists as the old entrance is boarded up and if you "weren't in the know" you would think its shut down.

Noisy and smelly room
We were visiting Turkey for 12 days and this was our hotel for last 4 days. Hotel location was very good , unfortunately there were some problems with this hotel/room. 1) Windows were not sealed properly and since it was right at the middle of center, it was way too noisy 2) Bathroom had bad smell and when we complained to manager he says just keep the bathroom window open. 3) At evening we were out of towels. When asked for towel, we were told that they are out of towel and they will provide in the morning. Beside that, hotel was in reasonable condition.

At first the staff were excellent and very friendly but we had a problem we changed rooms. The first one was a little noisy bcz it was next to the road and even if we close the window still enters a lot of noise and the rooms electricity was off when we got back at night it was a failure they said. So the next day we changed to a better room the other side of the hotel but still we had a huge problem it was infested with mosquitos i have killed around 20 mosquitos with the insect repellent which i bought and we didn't had a good sleep until the last day In overall they need to fix these problems but the staff were great and the breakfast was good. Hope next time you will compensate us with better rooms in a different hotel. Thank you

Comfortable stay
Stay at Istanbulinn hotel was great! We had booked Triple supreme room but on arrival they have upgraded our room to Delux family room! Staff was very helpful and co operative especially Ms Nadya who used to tell us about different places to visit and set the route for us. Internet WiFi was free but its speed was average.

Firstly our room had sea view bosphoru Beeakfeast is ok while having beakfeast u see cam watch view sea. Transportation is easy to everwhere. 50 meter to Taksim Square. Istiklal street is about 30meter. While hungry, can find good eafing or shopping around.

Close to very Noisy Street
I was in Istanbul, Turkey on a family vacation and based upon reviews and proximity to Taksim Square, I booked a room for two days. This hotel is hard to find and they do not have a place to park your car; you have to pay additional 60 Turkish Lira per day. Furthermore, the room overlooks a noisy street, which got louder after 9 pm all the way till 5 am with non-stop horns. The front desk seemed unhelpful, but the positive is that this hotel is located very close to Taksim Square.

The hotel location is great for easy commuting and shopping. However, I was dissapointed with the breakfast and the lack of english, which made communication a bit difficult. The rooms lack amenities and coffee station. The bathrooms always have a shortage of toilet paper and bath towels. The staff must be training how to do a proper clean.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful to begin with, by looking after my luggages even after checking out for half a day for me to do a last tour in Istanbul. Staff showed me to my room and making sure that all is okay, and offered to call the reception should I require further assistant. Local area knowledge and tourist information were also provided when requested.

Comfortable and well situated.
I stayed in Istanbul for business and leisure and this hotel allowed me to explore the city and beyond with ease, due to its central base. The reception is open 24 hours around the clock and the staff were kind and helpful. From the hotel, you can walk to Taksim Metro station in a few minutes, take a tram, catch a ferry to the Asian side from the nearby Kabatas ferry terminus, and if you like exploring on foot, you can pick your way through the small, winding streets of Beyoglu, on to the old town of Sultanhamet and beyond. I took an economy room with a bathroom. It was compact, which was fine for me, so if you like a little more room, then maybe book a standard room, which gives more space. The room was clean, the double bed was comfortable and the room had nice dark curtains to block out the street lights, the air conditioning worked really well and was very effective in the heat of the city. My room overlooked a main street and I could hear the sounds of the bustling streets until at least 4am (this is the city's epicentre! ) so light sleepers should bring ear plugs (I did and slept fine) or ask for a room at the back of the hotel. The hotel has a really pleasant cafe, which is on the first floor. It has a large balcony with views of the Bosphorus. This is a lovely spot to have breakfast, which was very good with plenty of options: cheeses, meats, borek, fruits, olives etc - something for everyone, providing a good fill for the day.

Our first room was noisy so they moved us to the top floor, very helpful staff and the deck where you have breakfast or a tea at the end of the day had great views over the city to the water.

We travel around the world a lot and have never seen such a dirty hotel. First they showed us a room next door and it was awful. Scary to even to go inside. Gave us a room at the main hotel and it was the dirtiest carpet and walls we have ever seen. We requested another room and it was not granted. Cigarette smoke all night long. Opened the window and couldn't sleep from the crowd noise. Informed them of leaving early to another hotel and they offered another room with a better view and slightly cleaner.

Regret staying there
It was not a pleasant experience staying in such hotel. First of all a native Turkish drive couldn't find it for 30 minutes although it's near of the most popular Taksim square. Second, They keep it operated while they are having maintenance ,How Come!! Third, The simple description of the receptionist is he was just Rude. Fourth, Al tough I booked a triple room, the hotel didn't have a triple room and after negotiation they brought us a third bed that was too fragile to be slept on. We had to ask for shower Gel and Shampoo each time we need them. We only had one trash basket in the toilet. The noise coming from nearby night clubs and then from drunk people in streets at that location is another issue to consider. I will avoid this hotel whenever possible in my next visits.

Sekizinci kattaki odamıza çıkmak için asansöre bindik, en üst kat altı 6. Odada el kadar bir havludan başka havlu yok. Minibarda ilaç içmek için bile su yok, geçtik diğerlerinden. Checkin esnasında ikinci kişi in ekstra istendi çift kişilik ödeme yapmış olmama rağmen. Kısacası umarım bir daha gitmek zorunda kalmam

Havlu unutulmuş olabilir. bunun için özür dileriz. bilgi verildiği taktirde hemen verilebilirdi. bazı odalarımıza 1 veya 2 kat merdiven ile ulaşılıyor.
