The room was unevenly lit and could operate the faulty airconditioning system without a flash light. The air conditioning is system is poor, took over an hour to function and start warming the room. The arch windows though nice to look at, had no weather sealing and had a significant cold draft entering the room. The telephone system was faulty, and took over 24hours for an engineer to fit. The safety deposit box has place in most awkward position with no lighting requiring you go on your knees to access it.
On top of this, the staff was unapologetic and unhelpful, and had a complete disregard for their customer.
