Room feels cramped, ceiling lights flickered on and off alll night (room 503), outlet of wall hanging out with wires exposed, no coffee in room (had to ask to refill trey), previous guest hair in and around toilet (I'm bald), no closet, etc. Etc. Just lots of little things. Came here as it was close to airport and we had to get up at 3 AM for a flight. Between door slamming, people chatting on the steps just outside the building, people talking in the alley behind the hotel (right outside our window) and a man talking ALL NIGHT in a staff area beside our room, I got absolutely no sleep. The AC unit also leaked a big puddle of water just inches from my open suitcase and the overhead light flickered on every few minutes, indicating some electrical problem. It was almost comical how terrible our experience was. Easy to reach the airport. Good internet connection. As opposed to some reviews, a free shuttle to the airport was not provided and the hotel was charging EUR 10 per person per way. There is limited dining options nearby with a good restaurant across the road but not many other options. One thing to mention is that the shower is small and the water was very hot and it was difficult to set the water temperature without burning oneself... something that perhaps the hotel can look into.
