Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

We were impressed with the overall quality of this hotel. The staff was chatty and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was decent size and very stylish. Clean bathroom was also impressive. No complaints.

It’s good but I met little problems Like security box and TV not worked but the reception fix all of it The area was quite and the room is clean But I surprised that water not free!!

Great location and staff
Awesome hotel, very friendly service, very accommodating staff, very clean as in the best location possible in istanbul especially of you like live music, heading out occasionally and of course eating and shopping.

Charming little hotel
Nicely located in the middle of the bubbling city. The surroundings are a bit noisy as it is located in a street with lots of restaurants and terraces. Reception is very friendly and helpful.

Well located.
Arrival - Ayse was on the front desk and she was warm and friendly , approachable and always ready to offer assistance, made phone calls on our behalf regarding lost luggage. Samit was also on duty at times and equally helpful. Both spoke quite good English. Rooms are relatively sound proofed from each other but not from the noisy restaurants on the street below which also meant that we could not open our windows. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke which may have come in via the air conditioning system ?? They offered to move us to the back of the hotel but the room would have been even smaller so we declined. Room sizes are as per description. Most unusual is that for a 5 night stay our bed linen was never changed yet each day we received fresh bath linen. Breakfast: offered a large cold selection with various jams, cheeses, meat, vegetables, cakes, one cereal and one hot selection which varied each day, more than sufficient.

They double charge me whilst checking in. They did not try hard enough to resolve it. The manager did not seem to be caring enough to resolve the problem and left the matter to inexperienced and unauthorised staff. They still did not give satisfactory paperwork that my money refunded to my bank. I will not stay there again although I travel to Istanbul often.

Very noisy
Under no circumstances should you consider staying here over the weekend unless you intend to head out partying, as you will not get any sleep. There are a lot of extremely loud bars near this hotel. You will feel like you are sleeping in a nightclub until 3am/4am (I am not exaggerating). It's a shame as the hotel itself is fairly nice with attractive decor and is competitively priced. The rooms are tiny though (and we had a deluxe room). They should provide a complimentary street map to tourists (they try to sell you one). They also advised us at check-in that breakfast was not included, even though our booking stated it was included, so I can't comment on whether it was any good.

I would say the front desk clerk on duty from the time we arrive to the time we departed really made out trip worth wild. We would walk down every morning and we would tell him what we wanted to do for today. The front desk clerk gave my wife and I perfect directions to all locations using google. Come to think of it, we were like locals, knowing where we wanted to go and how to transit in and around the city without even asking for assistance from anyone. This front desk clerk was a true professional and is a big part of this hotel operation. I only wish I could remember his name I would single him out in this review. As a token of our appreciation, my wife gave him a tip upon our departure. I then told him that I plan on coming back to Istanbul over the Christmas holidays with my son and would love to book 2 rooms for this period.

Yükses sesten uyunmuyor ancak konum ve otel iyi
Herşey gayet güzeldi ancak dışarıdan gelen sesler sebebiyle dinlenme konusunda (otelin konumundan kaynaklı) rahatsızlık yaşadık. Dışarıda eğlence neredeyse sabaha kadar devam ediyor ve bu durum yüksek ses yüzünden uyuyamamanıza sebep oluyor.

Otel hoş ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü idi. Tek bir sorun var ki, otelle değil konumla alakalı. Beyoğlu şamatasının göbeğinde olduğu için geceleri gürültüden uyumak zor olabiliyor. Sabah erken kalkmanız gerekiyorsa, bir miktar yorgun uyanıyorsunuz. Bunun dışında keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu güzel tercih edilebilecek bir otel
Yaptırmış olduğum oda detaylarında balkon yazmasına rağmen, rezervasyonumun durumu hakkında oteli aradığımda balkonsuz oda olduğu söylenmesi hiç hoş olmadı. Tabi yardımcı oldular balkonlu odaya ancak başka insanlar da aynı problemi yaşamamaları için, balkonlu ibaresi seçilmiş olan ve balkonu olmayan oda detaylarından kaldırılmalı. Kahvaltı 3*** otele göre biraz zayıf, ancak sadece kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir. Faruk bey’e teşekkürlerimi iletmek isterim.

Der Einziger Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage wenn einem die extremen Partygeräusche nichts ausmachen. In den Zimmern fließt kein warmes Wasser und man muss kalt duschen. Die Zimmer sind verstaubt und die Betten stinken nach Zigaretten. Reklamationen werden vom Personal nicht erstgeboren und man wird belogen. Unbekannte Handwerker kommen einfach (angeblich ohne Kenntnis der Rezeption) mit einem Generalschlüssel ins Zimmer ohne sich anzukündigen. Alles in allem das schlechteste Hotel das ich je besucht habe.

Otelin konumu mukemmeldi, odamiz temizdi ancak biraz kucuktu. Bu durum bizim icin bir onemli cok onemli olmasa da belirtmek istedim. Calisanlar yardimsever ve guler yuzluydu. Kahvalti yeterli olcudeydi. Kahvalti sonrasi ikram edilen turk kahvesi hosumuza gitti.

Otel bakımlı ve güzel temiz ayrıca oda iyi doşenmisti yatak rahat çaĺışanlar çok alakalı ve güler yüzlü Ancak çevreden dolayı gece çok gurultu ve muzik sesi var hafta sonları özellikle fazla oluyormuş. Genel anlamda uykusuz kalsak da memnun kaldik.

Great Location, Good Price, Can be Noisy Around
If you are looking for a place in the heart of Istiklal, Taksim, Galata and Sishane metro station, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a clean place, this is also it. And I don't think you can get any better place around that location in terms of the price. So, the price was great, as well. The only problem is the noise; especially during night hours of the weekends. This hotel is surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. So, there will be lots of noise at nights and there is nothing anybody can do about that. However; there is also a noise from the inside of the hotel due to the restaurant they have. I was staying in the 5th floor so I could hear the music, people chanting easily, but, as I said, there is already lots of noise coming from outside so the noise at the hotel doesn't bother much. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are great. It was a lot better than I expected.

Otelin felsefesi,kurumsallaşması iyi görünse de,onca otel arasından seçmiş olmama rağmen,benim odamı,bana ayrılan yeri satmış olmaları;affedilemez ticari bir hata...Mazaretleri ise hiçbir şekilde ticari,akılla bağdaşmayan türde;sadece "haklısınız" diyerek,benim benimsemeyeceğim başka bir otele kalmaya razı ettiler. Böyle bir hizmeti hiçbir zaman onaylamadım onaylamayacağım. Biraz araştırma yapıca,otel sahibinin ve otelin geri hizmetlerinde çalışan insanların kesinlikle oldukça yapıcı,üretken olduğunu öğrendim. Bütün mesele,kayıt işlemlerine bakan insanların iş ahlakına karşı yeterince bilgili olmamalarındandır diye düşünüyorum...
