I made reservatioms for 2 people And I paid for 2 people.. I checked in 1st and my boyfriend was supposed to check in afterwards when he arrived. When I told the front desk that my boyfriend was arriving the guy at the front desk asked me if we were married. I said no and he said my boyfriend could not join me in my room unless we were married. There was nothing in the reservation rules that indicated that guests had to be married if staying in the same room. This should have been made clear during the reservation process. There were some good things overall, but I did not appreciate the hotel not allow me to let my boyfriend stay with me when I paid for him. I was too exhausted to argue and I just left the next day to go to another hotel. Thank goodness I only booked one night at the Alpinn or my whole trip would have been ruined. Expedia should make sure that hotels that have these rules make it evident during the reservation process so I could have chosen a different hotel.

The hotel was very handily placed with only a 5 min walk to the grand bazaar and the tram line . The hotel was clean with a very nice breakfast section

Liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Didn't like that the prices on the mini fridge were wrote in euros which was misleading as we thought it was turkish lira prices.

Black mold on bathroom almost out us in hospital
Supposed to have pickup arranged and hotel never sent the car at the airport after offering the pickup in first place. Black mould all over the shower have extend allergy reaction to both of us and made a horrible night

Cheap price but Very small room.
Positive: Room price is cheap location Room was clean. Negative : Very small room The room was very noisy from the bathroom vent. I told the front desk but nothing happened. The eggs on the breakfast were old and not fresh. In short, add another 20$ and find another hotel.

Nice Hotel And Value For Money
A nice hotel within walking distance to tourist spots especially to Grand Bazaar for those who like shopping. Value for money and it's my second time staying in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs makes you feel at home.

Short Impression
Quick one night stop - this hotel is just across the street from the Grand Bazaar and near the historic sites of Istanbul. The rooms are small, but comfortable. the breakfast buffet has a good variety of local preparations. Comfortable bed!

Nice place.
The hotel is located very close to grant bazar and tram station. The room was clean and nice. It is small though as in other hotels in this area. The service was nice. The shower is a bit uncomfortable for tall person. Great place to stay though.

I stained in Alpinn Hotel Istanbul from 28 September to 1st October 2023. I am very satisfied . Hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is very pleasant and very helpfull with all my needs. Receptionist is very professional, answered to all my questions what to see and how to get places of my interests. Breakfast was very good. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and next time wish again stay here!

Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmergröße und ausstattung sind für einen Städtetripp auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht zuvorkommend aber auch nicht unhöflich. Das Reinigungspersonal hingegen grüßt noch nicht einmal. Das Zimmer war am Ankunftstag von der Sauberkeit ok. In den folgenden Tagen wird wenn übeehaupt nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Uns kam es aber so vor als ob immer nur die Betten gemacht wurden und das Klopapier aufgefüllt. Mein selbst mitgebrachtes Kissen wurde einfach immer auf irgendeine ablage gelegt. Meine Schlappen durfte ich unterm Bett suchen. Am letzten Tag lag meine Schlafbrille auf dem Boden und das ist ein absolutes No go! Priorität muss nicht sein, dass das Bett perfekt gemacht ist und die persönlichen Gegenstände lieblos irgendwo abgelegt oder eingeschmissen werden.

Hübsches Hotel sehr nah an touristischen Zielen
Unser Aufenthalt im Alpinn Hotel dauerte 6 Tage. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, zu Fuß braucht man 100 m zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Beyazit" sowie 200 m zum großen Bazaar. Zum Sultanahmet Moschee waren es 2 Straßenbahnhaltestellen, zur Eminönü 5. Von Flughafen aus konnte man mit der U-Bahn bis "Aksaray" fahren und dort in den Straßenbahn einsteigen. Die gesamte Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauerte nicht einmal 30 Minuten. Das Hotelpersonal ist hervorragend gewesen, sehr zuvorkommend, ohne Hintergedanken. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir Alpinn Hotel wieder bevorzugen. Danke für das tolle Aufenthalt.

a nice hotel but not a top one
all in all a very nice hotel, but definitely not a top one. the fridge didn't work at all. the toilet flush and the TV-set didn't work very well. the staff asked us to change rooms because they needed our's. we kindly agreed to do that but we didn't feel that it was appreciated at all.

Hotelli sijaitsee Suuren Basaarin ja raitiovaunuaseman vieressä, lisäksi lähellä paljon erilaisia kauppoja, kuten kosmetiikka-, herkku- ja vaatekauppoja. Matkaa Hagia Sofialle on kävellen n.15min ja raitiovaunulla muutama minuutti. Hotellihuone ei ole kovin erikoinen, vessa oli pieni ja ilmastoinnin asetukset olivat joko jäätävä tai tunkkainen. Vedenkeitin oli likainen, mutta se saatiin nopeasti vaihdettua. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta, heidän kauttaan saimme kätevästi tilattua kiertoajelun. Hotellissa on ilmainen wi-fi, joka toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli lievä pettymys. Hinta/laatutaso oli todellakin kohdillaan ja voin suositella tätä hotellia muillekin.

A new hotel with excellent location
This new hotel provided good quality service and comfortable environment. It located near Tram station and tourist points within walking distance. More, they offered welcome fruit to us on check-in day and free wifi after check -out. The water for shower was not hot enough at night time.
