"Lovely character property"
Lovely room (twin room in no.4) & lovely breakfast area (and good cooked breakfast!) with garden outside. Handily located in Newport within walking distance of high street. Handy for the bus station for buses all over the island. Very comfortable stay.

"Perfect for a quiet night!"
I only had the one night here and it was very comfortable and relaxing with very friendly staff. The room was just right, nice big comfortable bed, warm, very clean, and tea and coffee! I had a very good sleep, too good in fact because I overslept for breakfast! Parking is no problem, either on road or in the hotel car park. I thoroughly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, quiet time with no fuss!

"Cosy stay in friendly pub"
On arrival, on a chilly day in January, we were pleasantly greeted by John who immediately upgraded our room. A very pleasant room in a traditional pub, excellent real ale & good food from a varied menu. The bed was very comfortable & the room facilities were well appointed. Breakfast was substantial & promptly served. We were made to feel at home with the freedom to come and go as we pleased. A return visit is definitely on the cards & would certainly recommend to friends & relatives.

"nice hotel, nice location. "
Not stayed in this hotel before, but I was not disappointed. Staff welcoming, food good, location well positioned for sea front, waliking etc. Away from main centre so quiet at night but not cut off.

Pocket Guide: Hotels with WiFi Hotels in Isle of Wight

Holidaymakers of all kinds make tracks for the Isle of Wight each year. Tucked away in the peaceful Solent and just a few miles off the Hampshire coast, the island is an ideal choice for those keen to get away from it all. Of course, none of us like to cut all ties completely when we go on holiday - we're all addicted to our social media and email accounts these days! That's why an increasing number of tourists are going in search of hotels with WiFi when booking their holidays.

    Keeping Up with Social Media

For many of us, social media has become an integral part of our relationship with loved ones far and near. The ability to stay in touch no matter where we are allows us to share our experiences with the people we love. This is particularly important on holiday. Booking into a hotel with WiFi means you can keep your friends and family up-to-date with what you're doing while you're away.

Got a once in a lifetime shot of your toddler meeting a llama for the first time at the zoo? Zip it off to grandma back at home in a flash. Or maybe your hotel's serving up some seriously photogenic grub? Upload it to Instagram directly from the hotel restaurant.

    Staying Connected for Business

It's not only holidaymakers who pass through hotels on the Isle of Wight. Business visitors and professionals often need to make a stop, particularly at hotels with conference facilities. When you're travelling on business, it's always important to stay connected. This allows you to communicate with your office and to access vital information that can allow you to get in a little extra work when you get back to your room at the end of the day. A reliable, high-speed internet connection allows you to do just that.

Isle of Wight Hotels with WiFi

Fortunately, WiFi is becoming an increasingly common feature of hotels around the world. From intimate bed and breakfasts like The Richmond in Shanklin to larger outfits like Luccombe Manor County House, hotels and guesthouses are now recognising the importance of supplying a good WiFi connection to their guests.
