Dale and his wife were excellent hosts, lots of good advice, great breakfasts. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well fitted out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying there.

Really nice stay
We had two lovely rooms in this B&B which was well furnished and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and well presented each morning. Hosts were a lovely couple and we were made to feel very welcome. Dunvegan is a couple of miles down the road for restaurant options.

Had a fantastic two night stay at Roskhill House whilst visiting Skye. Dale was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Excellent facilities, breakfast and room. Could not fault it and would definitely return to Roskhill House when travelling to Skye.

Lovely guesthouse with great history. Shower was good, hosts made breakfast each morning; homemade breads and homemade yogurt among the choices. Nice location for exploring Skye, out and away from Portree, near Dunvegan.

Dervegan is a great place to base yourself when exploring the Isle of Skye and this property is very close to Dunvegan. The room was very comfortable and our hosts were very helpful. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice.

This was a great place to stay! The hosts were personable and interested in what we were doing. Fiona helped us with our sightseeing plans. The breakfast was outstanding. Delicious food and plenty of it! It was so complete, we were able to eat a snack as we were about our explorations! Nice, quiet place to relax and sleep after busy days. Would highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the cozy Roskill House Guest House. Our room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The location was convenient to many different places on the island. Fiona and Dale were gracious hosts and cooked a delicious breakfast every morning, including tattie scones upon request! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Skye.

Fiona met us at the door and showed us to our beautiful, spacious room. Then hurried us off to Edinbane Inn so we wouldn't miss dinner service. She called the Inn for us to see how long of a wait it would be. We had a delicious breakfast made by Dale the next three mornings and Fiona served as our tour guide, providing maps and suggestions. They are a lovely couple with a superb B&B. I highly recommend the Roskill House.

A very sweet guest house with lovely hosts who live close by. Breakfast has a large variety of options and was able to accommodate our vegetarian restrictions. Fiona (the host) was always willing to help and imparted her wisdom with recommendations for attractions on the island. This experience is a big part of what made our time on Skye so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful four night stay here. We received a warm welcome and helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was well appointed and quiet. We were provided with yummy breakfasts. Great location 5 minutes down the road (by car) from some excellent restaurants and Dunvegan Castle and other equally excellent restaurants were only slightly further away. I recommend Roskill House without reservations - truly wonderful hospitality.

Very charming property. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Only disappointment was the breakfast - while the food was good enough, the presentation was very plain and unappealing. Just a bit more attention to plating the hot food would make all the difference.

Lovely view at end of lane. Good location for traveling about the Isle. Nice lane to walk in rural setting.. Beware of low ceilings if you are tall like my husband and I are. Room size is on the small size.

A beautiful place to stay while on Isle of Skye. Very comfortable room and bed. Very quiet location but downstairs rooms get some noise if upstairs guests are walking around.

This Hotel was just perfect for our trip to the Isle of Skye. Fiona, the owner, was very sweet and kind and the breakfasts were fantastic!ll We would recommend this hotel highly! It is just minutes from the town of Dunvegan and there are many things to do nearby including very good restaurants.
