We have stayed at several of them and by far this rental was very clean, nice and updated. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The only downsize was not being able to reach someone without texting and then waiting on a response that usually doesn't come as fast as needed. The balcony and view were very nice. It is small though, about the size of a hotel efficiency. It did work for 3 but 4 would be too many. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a coin laundry in the pool house. Host interaction is terrible! No human contact and only text messages back and forth.
