Ocean views, large swimming pool access, and a spacious screen porch are just a few of the amenities that will exceed your expectations of an ideal beach retreat. Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home featuring freshly painted stylish colors, a totally renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a welcoming foyer, and a beautiful master bedroom featuring a king bed. The bathroom has many upgrades including new fixtures. Outdoor living is at its best at 202 D Port O Call with a spacious screen porch, and seating for four that is highlighted with ocean and pool views. With the prevailing summer Southwest Breeze, it is a cool spot even on the warmest of days. When it is time to explore the community, you will find “Whispering Palms” at 202 D Port O Call is in the perfect location and just a few minutes’ walk from the Links Golf Course Pro Shop. There you will find the Sandbar Restaurant, shopping, driving range and the world-famous Links golf course. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. \- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated. \- There is a community grill available. \- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Fireplaces are not for guest use. \- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. \- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. \*Parking Details:\* \- There are two parking spots available. \- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass.
