The room was old and boring to write home about! the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to enter the bathroom. It was a disappointing hote overall, i would not stay here again, the location was good but i couldn’t recommend the room, incremental charges through expedia for internet and facilities charges (not sure what this was for but it was significant ). Overall you can do better elsewhere for the money.

Virginia and Natalie at the front desk were exceptionally professional and courteous. The housecleaning staff did an excellent job. A couple of the ladies greeting us for breakfast answered our "how are you?" with a grim "what is your room number? My wife hurt her foot one day, and I was stopped in a very rude way when I attempted to take a bowl of fruit out of the breakfast area, to bring it up to our room, even after explaining the reason to a female manager who was called over. The breakfast itself was delicious and the area was kept very clean and inviting. And lastly I need to comment on the shower inside the rooms: there is a lack of privacy, as you can see through a big gap in the doorway when a person is using the facilities. Also, the glass of the shower, bordering the bedroom, is not clear, but you can easily see any movement behind it, which is very uncomfortable.
