At the time of check-in, I specifically asked that I may be giveroom with a better room. There was a misstatement on part of hotel staff when they told me that all rooms are the same and then I was given an inside room. Later I came to know that there are rooms with better views. The hotel lobby was really a noisy place. Especially at second night, there was a lot of noise since an electronic door had not been properly locked. The situation was rectified only after my complaint. However, again early in the morning, my sleep was disturbed because of the same noise. While they were fixing it, the electricity supply was disconnected number of times and each time all lights in my room were turned on. This disturbed me a lot.

Fantastic

We are enjoying our stay at Ramada. The services overall are very good. Breakfast buffet is really delicious and the pizza made by their cooks is so yummy. Room is comfortable. Everything is superb and especially the staff is very friendly and helping. We would like to thank Aqsa and Shakir for their politeness, help and guidance throughout our stay. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up!

I requested for a refund due to an exceptional case ( Pakistan closed its airspace and ThaiAirways cancelled my flight ) but they refused. They should be more flexible and not harp on they fixed policies. I think being a 5 star hotel is not only about services but also about flexible policies for genuine cases. Disappointing.

This was my second visit and what makes the Ramada so special is the care of all staff - you are remembered, even down to your choice of coffee. A remarkable hotel and definitely a great place to stay. (And I loved the room upgrade! Thankyou!)

This was my second visit to Islamabad, and my first at the Ramada - The staff here - all staff, including the General Manager were absolutely committed to knowing you, valuing you and caring. It was Pakistani hospitality at its best! (I have rebooked to stay there next week, on my return to Islamabad.) Thankyou

This was the first time staying at the Ramada Hotel during any of my visits to Pakistan and overall it was a good experience. When I got to the receptionist to check in they were unable to locate my reservation and I had to wait about 10 mins to get checked in. For the inconvenience, the staff upgraded me to the executive floor, which basically gave me free access to the minibar however when i went to the room it was missing an iron and the ironning board. I informed the front desk yet my room service came before my iron! It took 3 calls and over an hour for that to come. Apart from that, the experience was good and staff was friendly!

Excellent service

Staff is friendly and are ready to go an extra mile to meet your expectations (Hisham, Naveed and Aqsa thanks). Hotel is tidy and clean. Only issue u may face is noise of traffic and standby generators seeping through windows. will I stay here again, yes.
