At the time of check-in, I specifically asked that I may be giveroom with a better room. There was a misstatement on part of hotel staff when they told me that all rooms are the same and then I was given an inside room. Later I came to know that there are rooms with better views.
The hotel lobby was really a noisy place. Especially at second night, there was a lot of noise since an electronic door had not been properly locked. The situation was rectified only after my complaint. However, again early in the morning, my sleep was disturbed because of the same noise. While they were fixing it, the electricity supply was disconnected number of times and each time all lights in my room were turned on. This disturbed me a lot.
