Overall very nice hotel with comfortable rooms located near a huge park. There are few free parking spaces available but a Parkade is available across the street. Grenoble is also a beautiful city. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful city of Grenoble surrounded by the French Alps… hotel was spotless…luxurious room linens and amenities…helpful front desk staff…..- no restaurant open on Saturday lunch/dinner; shower was great but the floor was extremely slippery…

it was a lovely hotel - really great decor - staff helpful BUT there is no onsite parking - and it is right in the centre of Grenoble - so when we arrived even getting near the hotel was tough - we had to park in the taxi line to go and register - the parking was in a public carpark - not too far away - but what a let down when we just arrived early evening - but othewise it was good inside - nice staff- their restaurant is actually a Brasserie - and they told us it was 5-10 mins walk - so off we go - and cannot find it - we had walked the 10 mins and nothing - in fact it was even further up the road - so this was disappointing but they did do a small menu at the hotel which was good enough - nice wine - nice staff - glittering hotel - a lot of mirrors!

Nice looking hotel in terms of the rooms and lobby. Seemed a bit dis-jointed on the service side. Nice as can be - but as if they weren’t operating on all cylinders.

Probably best in town but need upkeep
Rooms were spacious but an electricity glitch became an issue and had to have someone come up and turn lights off from exterior control board. Breakfast was not good.

Spacious room
Room spacious with large bed although small bathroom. Asked for quiet room in back but got front room facing busy road junction, however sound insulation is good and not too much traffic noise in room. Internal noise from other rooms is a problem, obviously walls and floors are thin. Service fine, overcharged for room service which was sorted out at check-out. Free drinks in mini-bar are appreciated. The neighborhood lacks character, however the town centre is a 10 min walk away.

3- star hotel
This hotel really does not stand up to the descriptions provided. I have to be honest and say I have stayed in better 3 star hotels. The gym is 3 machines in an area off the lobby. The room was supposed to have a balcony- it was a double paned window facing directly onto traffic. WiFi was terrible. Really not a business style hotel, unfortunately.

Great if you don't have a rental car!
Great hotel with excellent service and rooms, but access with a car and parking is difficult. I've stayed here twice and found that there is only parking in a small area in front of the hotel which must be accessed from a one way street (and slip road) at the side of the hotel. You can't get to the parking from the street in front of the hotel without either using (illegally) a bus/taxi lane and a GPS will not route you correctly. This is the only issue with what otherwise is a wonderful, classic hotel.

Dommage de ne pas avoir manger sur place. Concernant le petit déjeuner il faut s’y rendre je pense dès 7h30 car après y’a du monde et le personnel est complètement perdu , il manque des choses , obligé de réclamer du thé , des jus de fruits … impossible également le soir de boire un verre au bar après 23h30 alors que nous sommes sur place. En résumé : l’hôtel donne envie de passer un bon moment ! ….et quand on voit l’envers du décor ça ne reflète pas la beauté de l’hôtel !!! Dommage ! Je reviendrai sûrement pas .

De passage à Grenoble
De passage à Grenoble pour une nuit, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre famille, a quelques pas du centre. L accueil était sympathique, les formalités rapides et nous avons eu de belles chambres récentes dans un style classique, propres et bien chauffées, avec un petit balcon. Seule les toilettes (séparées) étaient particulièrement exiguës.

Accueil excellent et très à l'écoute. Le lit ne correspondait pas à ma réservation initiale mais le personnel a été très à l'écoute et a su trouver une solution rapidement. Merci et très bonne continuation. Un des plus beaux hôtel 4 étoiles que j'ai pu faire.

Allier Confort et esthétique c'est possible
Je rêve d'y retourner! je ne sais pas si c'est parce que j'étais fatiguée mais j'ai un souvenir ému de la literie. J'ai dormi comme un bébé et j'étais bien!!!! Les produits Clarins en produits de nécessaire sont un plus non négligeable pour moi.

Sorprendida con este bonito hotel Habitaciones lujosas y muy cuidadas Ademas tiene un precio aceptable Quizas la unica pequeña pega es que todo y estar cerca del centro tienes que cigervel coche… caminando esta un poquito lejos

Nous avons passés 3 nuits Suite Privilège 226. Tout était parfait. Rapport Qly /Prix .. un 5* ... Même le papiers mouchoir sont 3 épaisseurs. Service courtois à touts les égards. J'y reviendrai sans hésitations.
