The bathroom has all types of hair in the shower and in the bathroom floor. They need to thoroughly clean those bathrooms from the toilets around the base and under the sink. That's exactly why I bring my own cleaning products. Do better with cleaning those rooms!

They front desk staff on arrival was minimally communicative. He offered little to no information on the hotel amenities. He failed point out that there would be $100 extra incidentals charge held on the room which surprised me when my cc company request approval of the charge. This should be pointed out on check-in to guests. The breakfast staff were exceptional. They were constantly attending to an exceptionally busy breakfast area each morning. The first room we were provided had noticeable trash remaining in the the room on the desk and table. The room otherwise, appeared to be clean, but the bed appeared to have been sat on. Upon informing the front desk, we were given a new room quickly which was very clean and in condition we would typically find with other hotels.

The hairdryer is my room #303 gave off a burning smell when I used it. Also, the shower curtain is to short to keep our water. Water did come out.

The hotel itself was your standard holiday inn. It was not kept in very clean condition. Common areas had items on the floor for the whole duration indicating no cleaning was being done. Staff did not prepare for the number of guests staying on the weekend and there were major shortages of food for breakfast. When asked about certain items like coffee or ketchup breakfast staff were snippy and annoyed. Front desk staff were always friendly and accommodating. Overall it is fine for the price.
