We had a nice stay overall, because we were off site like the whole time. But, our room had a trash on the floor when we walked in, and they make borrowing a cart to load/unload your car quite a hassle. The place is a maze, so finding our room each time was an adventure itself. The parking was $25 a night, kinda steep when you think about all the hotels where you can park free.

Terrible business and workers. Electricty when out an I was unable use my oxygen machine. They were unwilling to give a discount since it was out the whole night. Manager is a joke an did not handle the situation good at all. His know it all attitude will not have me come back ever again.

Was treated unfair told them i was a disabled veteran and they didnt care and did not accommodate me and i even talked to manager on duty and she said the same thing the hotel employee said being a disabled veteran they did not care because i booked thru Expedia and not them

Our parking fees are posted on the Expedia web site as well as our own. Your location from where you live has no bearing on parking fees. We stay here every time we come to Disneyland, but the last 2 times, the front desk staff seems short, irritated, when there's a question you can tell they get annoyed. This time was kinda my last straw. We arrived back to our room on Monday 4/15, the power was out, when we asked if we would be compensated the girl cut us off and told us to enjoy some chips, water and soda on them. The items were on the couch in a box, like really?? No I'm sorry this happened here's your deposit back or complimentary breakfast. We couldn't charge our phones which we needed to. Power was out for about 10-12hrs. In the morning, there was still no acknowledgment to the power being out. We also had food and drinks in our fridge that went bad and we woke up to the room being warm. Another thing that the other guests were venting about on the shuttle ride to and from the parks, were the $200 deposit they hold when you check in. Do you guys ever stop and think that that money is part of our vacation?? Also, don't advertise free parking when you charge $30 to park each night. From now on, we will be staying at other properties. I want to give my thanks to the restaurant staff that helps with the buffet, they are excellent, as well as the shuttle drivers, I know they have a rough job as well, but they are ALWAYS on time and wait a few mins each way to pick up as many people as possible.

The bus to and from hotel to Disney was what interested us to this hotel, it was an excellent service. Hotel took a while to find reservations - were odd and said oh you didn't book direct you booked through a third party like Expedia? Our room was at back of hotel, I am 74 years old and after walking all day at Disney and then once to hotel to walk down 3 long hallways which was longer than walk from entrance of Disney to bus. when I mentioned the room was not only hard to find and a long walk front entrance person at desk just smiled??? not concerned. I will stay there again and recommend to others just will ask for room not so far from front entrance.

I like having the shuttle service to and from Disneyland, but all the other hotels have shuttles too. The gift shop and food store are incredibly OVERPRICED. They charged me extra for napkins and utensils, I was shocked. The rooms and the entire hotel need to be fixed up and thoroughly cleaned.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly. The free shuttle to Disneyland and California Adventure is a huge bonus.

Everything was wonderful as far as getting to and from the park. Drivers are helpful and friendly. Our room was dirty. The bathroom clearly had not been sanitized, there were no trash can liners, and one of the beds did not have a fitted sheet on it. The grounds are beautiful and staff is helpful. Just the room was gross.

This hotel is very convenient for Disneyland visits, and the hotel and grounds itself is pretty magical for little ones. Was given free parking for Expedia status. Only complaint was room cleanliness- a lot of filth and other kids toys found under beds.

We had baby roaches in our room. We were on the first floor and there were two doors and the one that opened to the garden area was where they were found, inside our room. The staff was excellent at the cafe and bar/lounge and dront desk. We wont be staying here again.

We chose this hotel because of how close it was to Disneyland and the shuttle. Also, the castle bunk bed which our kid loved. Parking was easy and included which is rare near dlr. But our shower and sink were backing up every time we used it. Water would be last my ankles by the time I was done in the shower. And the shuttle that’s supposed to be every 30 minutes isn’t. The bus driver wasn’t even at the hotel by the time the shuttle was supposed to leave at 7:00 and we all just waited in line for another 20 minutes to leave. One night we waited at Disneyland for over an hour and by the time a shuttle finally arrived everyone couldn’t fit and people had to stay behind. The last day we just drove our car and parked at Disneyland to not deal with it.

We stayed in 2019 and loved it, however this time around the hotel was very tired and seems like they’re still recovering from Covid. It’s an ok price and clean enough but pretty run down rooms. Limited dining (celiac kid) so we walked often to eat at Mimi’s Cafe at the Mariott across from Disney. Shuttle busses didn’t run as communicated and broke down, rooms aren’t cleaned during stay, tubs very slow to drain (so you shower while your feet take a bath), and the parking is around $25 USD/day despite being told when I called that it was included. The Japanese restaurant is very very good and high quality, just not a lot of options for celiac guests.

All the staff is very courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was great having the shuttle to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offers nothing extra. No continential breakfast, no room service, you can’t even ask the deli for some paper dishes without being charged, you have to pay for parking per day and the rooms are quite old. The bathroom tub was covered in hard water stains and the plug didn’t close to give my daughter a bath. The sheets were clean and moderately comfortable. The guest services desks are rude and the older woman at the desk is unpleasant, speaks too fast and has no time for questions. The room does have a thermostat but it doesn’t work. There are soo many better and closer hotels to stay if you are planning a Disneyland trip. Don’t waste your money here.
