"The staff are great and helpful, however, the size of our room was not worth the money spent. It was literally a bedroom and my girlfriend and I couldn't even walk passed each other and we are small people. I understand the property has some larger rooms but not many, so you have to be lucky enough when making a reservation that they are available otherwise you just get a small bedroom for $400 a night. The pictures on Travelocity were deceiving and dont give square footage. Also if you need ice after 7pm you will be walking to the store and they dont fill personal coolers only the small one provided in the room due to "Limited Ice". In other words I have spent that kind of money on rooms before, but they were full service resorts directly on the beach with 24hr Concierge Service Room Service, enough room to walk around, and room for 2 or 3 luggage bags."

"Everything was wonderful. Zero complaints. Very hospitable, clean, and comfortable. Everything and more was provided. They really go above and beyond with the small things. We enjoyed the back patio and dock area and were able to take the kayak out for a spin around the waterways and see some dolphins up close. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back sometime."

"I’ll start with the positives, the location was great, next to a beautiful beach with amazing white sand. The shower had hot water immediately and the sheets were cotton which I always appreciate and the host was quick to respond when there was an issue with the key getting stuck in the lock and us having to find another way to get into the unit. Now the negatives, as a previous guest mentioned back in March you can see directly into the unit from outside, so there is no privacy, the sheets had no elasticity so all night you had to pull them down so you weren’t lying directly on the mattress, same with the spare sheets. So overall not the greatest stay, with a few tweaks it could be better."

"Rooms were spacious and the television is nice. However, if you are a stickler for very clean environments, this may not be the best fit. Linens could use a refresh; when stains remain after washing that should be time to replace as guests will wonder if they were washed right off the bat. There were parts of the bathroom that were not cleaned upon arrival, but onsite maintenance was responsive and we were able to coordinate a re-clean. Bring your own beach towels. A full-length mirror in the hallway would be a nice addition."
