    Full of Character

Beautiful location, house full of character, host Perry and staff very friendly and attentive with freshly cooked breakfast to order. We stayed in the Gainsborough room, the largest and front facing. Extensive and beautiful gardens around the house; also Hadleigh town just a 10 minute walk where there are some nice pubs for lunch or dinner and there are also a couple of 2 to 3 mile country walks you can do from the bridge at the bottom of the path to the house. Would certainly stay again for a weekend and recommend it to our friends.

    5/5 Excellent

Lovely B&B. Perry and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or made us feel more welcome. Ideal location for accommodation for a wedding held at nearby Priory Hall - 5mins by car, probably about 20mins on foot, had more sensible shoes been packed. The room was gorgeous - made a couole of twenty somethings feel like proper grown ups. Fantastic gardens, with the option of lawn games. The owner's dogs were lovely, very friendly, although not great on the rules of croquet!

    4/5 Good

Everything was good, only issue was the furniture in my room was a little dated and the seats were very uncomfortable, it was like sitting on planks of wood without cushioning.
