Gostamos muito de nossa estadia na Pousada dos Navegantes. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. A pousada fica super bem localizada, e os quartos com varanda são ótimos.

ESTOU MUITO DECEPCIONADA COM ESSA POUSADA. FUI PASSAR ESSE FINAL DE SEMANA NELA, DA HORA QUE CHEGUEI ATE HORA DA SAIDA NÃO LIMPARAM A PISCINA. UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE, POIS NO MOMENTO QUE ESCOLHEMOS UMA POUSADA COM PISCINA E PAGAMOS MAIS CARO QUEREMOS TER TOTAL LIBERDADE DE USAR PELO SERVIÇO QUE PAGAMOS. EU NUNCA MAIS IREI VOLTAR NELA.

Quando cheguei a moça da recepção não tinha quarto reservado. Ajeitou um quarto pequenininho sem janela no banheiro e a janela do quarto dava para uma área externa ou seja tinha que estar todo o tempo fechada. Quarto cheio de mofo. A água no chuveiro empoçava. Uma pousada muito ruim.

Boa situação, mas precisando reformas urgentes.
A pousada está em reformas, necessárias e urgentes. O serviço está precário, apesar da boa vontade dos funcionários em atender as reclamações, os reparos demoram. Fiquei 2 dias sem água quente, apesar das reclamações junto à recepção, e só foi solucionado quando troquei de quarto. Café da manhã básico. Valeu pela boa vontade dos funcionários.

Localização excelente.
Pousada com localização excelente. Atendimento do pessoal de recepção, limpeza e cozinha nota 10. Acomodações simples. Quarto pequeno, mas limpo. Banheiro de bom tamanho, mas a água quente do chuveiro não funcionava e não havia ducha higiênica. Café da manhã bem simples. O quarto que ficamos não possuía janela voltada para o exterior, mas para o corredor da escada interna, ou seja, sem ventilação. O banheiro também não tinha janela. O Wi-Fi, apesar de ter sinal, não pegava. No geral, vale pela localização e preço justo.
