Woke up for breakfast and there was nothing out there. When we asked if they were going to bring out more food we got attitude. Person did not want to do their job.

The room was clean. The hottub was HOT but relaxing. Breakfast was eggs. Sausage and waffles.. with some breads and juices. Not a bad start to the day . Recommend staying here.

First. I was put into a handicap room. Definitely an older hotel. The shower was a stand up. Mold was in all of the tiles. Bathroom fixtures did not work. 1 light and the exhaust fan. Second. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Coffee machine didn’t work. Room was next to the office area. Constant noise from it. Also had Freon smell in the room from the ice maker outside of the room or refrigerator in the room. The bed one day was not made. The covers were just thrown up on the bed. Had discussed with the desk person. Was informed there was not another room to go to. The couch was old and cushions were flattened and sunk into the frame. Overall horrible room to pay for much less to think that a handicap person would stay there. Definitely not staying at this hotel again.

Front staff were great. Room was nice. Helpful location. Breakfast was simple but perfect. The only thing was my rooms floor was a little dirty. Needed a light vacuum run. Other then that no issues. I will stay again---

Found a shoe and trash in the room when we checked in. The bath fans did not work and looks like mold on the walls. Bathroom area very small and not very clean. Pool was not heated. Our room keys seemed to reset everyday and had to go to front desk to get new ones 3 times in 4 night stay.

The part i did not like was it seemed the front desk clerk was missing and i push the bell and called the phone and no answer for a long period of time. The place seemed deserted not a soul in sight.

Disgusting
The bathtub did not drain at all and there was a water leak coming from the ceiling in the restroom. Asked for a refund but no answer yet.

We stay here a lot.
We stay here a lot because of my parent's living in a town near by. They are friendly rooms are clean and the pool is noce.

Loose toilet seat
Everything was great except for the toilet seat. Upon my arrival for some reason it was loose. I tightened both screws and reported the issue to the front desk.

Bed was hard and we had backaches daily. Breakfast was available but eggs were dry , juice machine did not work, and they ran out of syrup. The coffee was warm brown water with little coffee taste. Pool was closed for one day.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of updates. Room smelled musty and carpet damp. It was mostly "clean" but needs updates overall.

when we arrived in our room, the soap dish had soap residue caked in it. the carpet has not been vacuumed around the edges in a long, long time as around ever edge of every piece of furniture, was at least an inch of gray dust with many flecks of debris. I tried to call the front desk buy the phone didn't work. The end was broken off. When I went to the front desk she gave me a key to the only other room that had a king bed. That room was no cleaner as in the same issue with not being vacuumed. There were dead bugs along the wall and other debris. the bed had some sort of debris on it that looked like lint. Breakfast was okay but no one paid any attention to detail there either as they were out of items...coffee...sausage...etc. No one had cleaned up the counters or tables as they were left dirty from other visitors. Lobby had a container for cookies as pictured in the hotel description but there were never any in it during our two day stay. There was a lemonade container that was also full when we arrived but empty the rest of the stay which was fine as it was disgusting...line after line of white lines...like lime scale. Pool area was closed although no one informed us of it until we asked why the door was locked. When we arrived back to our room the 2nd night our keys wouldn't open our room. It took several minutes for the attendent to get it to reset. Will NEVER stay here again. We come to this area to visit family and have never had issues at other hote

Stay was great. There was front desk lady that was amazing last night . Super sweet and very helpful. Hotel was clean , but hair dryer did not work. Great location. If I come that way again I will for sure book with this hotel

Desk clerk lied to me about nonfunctioning bathroom fan. Claimed it was some super magic silent fan. I held a tissue to it. Apparently the magic includes not moving air. I didn't really care about the fan, but never lie to me. Breakfast was typical cheap hotel powdered eggs. It's fuel for human beings, but not anything else. I miss hotels with attached restaurants.
