Wir bieten Ihnen folgende Annehmlichkeiten: Neu modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Komplett ausgestattete Küche (Gasofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank), Holzofen, großer Flachbildschirm, W-LAN, elektrisch ausziehbare Couch, elegante Esstischgruppe. Separates Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC (Handtücher inbegriffen). Es handelt sich bei unserer Wohnung um ein komplettes Stockwerk nur für Sie, aber nicht um eine abgeschlossene Wohneinheit. Vom Balkon haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf unsere Hausberge Gamskogel und Rauschberg. Der Garten kann obendrein genutzt werden. Große Sitzgruppe, sonnige und schattige Liegewiese. #### Gemütliche Wohnung

Saubere Wohnung mit sehr schöner Einrichtung, Küche ist super ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin, die uns bei unserer Anreise alles gezeigt und erklärt hat und auch Infomaterial für Aktivitäten bereitgelegt hatte. Einziger Wermutstropfen für uns war der nicht benutzbare Kaminofen (muss noch vom Schornsteinfeger abgenommen werden) Dieser war jedoch mit ausschlaggebend für die Buchung dieser Wohnung, da wir uns auf gemütliche Urlaubsabende am Feuerchen gefreut hatten. Dafür gibt's leider einen Stern Abzug!

Wir können diese Wohnung mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Der Empfang war herzlich, man wurde durch die Wohnung geführt und alles wissenswerte wurde erklärt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist sehr,sehr sauber. Die Bezahlung von Wohnung und Kurtaxe war unkompliziert und erfolgt während des Aufenthalts. Wir würden wieder dort einchecken.

#### Perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und trotzdem zentral. Von dort aus sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, top Restaurants, eine Eisdiele und Bäckereien einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und geräumig. Man kann sich nur wohl fühlen. Allesnist voll ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar der Balkon läd zu einem entspannten abendlichen beisammensitzen ein. Die Vermieter sind super gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort aufgenommen.
