The Grace Apartments are perfect. Fit for purpose. Clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. Lovely clean towels, nice cutlery. Highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Avoid this property at all costs.
We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible.
Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

Great hotel - exceptional staff!
"Loved my recent stay at the Park Hotel Lyson. The food was absolutely top notch and the service all round was excellent. Good location too with easy access to most of the sights and historical amenities. Cannot recommend highly enough. The reception staff were great!"
