"Brand new super comfy hotel! We came for a basketball tournament in Tavares which was about 25 min very pleasant drive. The restaurant was good, ice cream shop and they had a concert outside on Friday night! It’s inside the villages - the very active 55 and over community.everyone was very friendly and helpful ♥️"

"The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased relationship with regulars should be evaluated along with her lack of professionalism."

"Very uncomfortable - it felt like an army barrack, not like a resort. The room was very, very small, and the parking lot was practically part of our room (noisy, no privacy). I would not recommend it."
