No hot water and no apology

Posted 19-Sep-2017
I had just finished 9 day cycle ride and looking forward to long soak in nice hot bath. Unfortunately water no hot. Phoned reception to let them know and no apology said they would look into it. Tried water again after breakfast and had heated up. When I checked out complained to staff at reception again no apology, in fact suggested I should have used the showers in the health spa making me feel as if it was my fault. Would not recommend Jury's Inn to anyone else.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Jury's Inn. The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean. However, the elevators and entrance to the rooms are extremely cramped. The noise from the road also is a downfall.

Just off the highway . Great for self drive location . Convenient to Inverness, Highlands, Lock Ness. Good parking. Comfortable rooms and hotel. Breakfast and dinner quiet good. The staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Comfy beds, friendly staff

Comfy beds, friendly staff, basic menu but don't really cater for dietary requirements such as Gluten free except for a brioche to be served with non Gluten free fish fingers!!

Jurys

Posted 31-Aug-2017
On check asked for wake up and was told should use my smartphone. However she agreed but did not get a call. Room on small side and very hot but no aircon and window barely opened. Very uncomfortable night, slept poorly. Door entry card failed on first two nights so had to return to reception. On more minor point tv remote did not work. On checking out was not asked how my stay was. Hot water tap needs to have a warning sign as water scalding hot. Shower curtain needs replaced as dirty. Would not stay there again.

OK hotel close to shopping and sights.

Posted 19-Aug-2017
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing although you need a vehicle.
Hotel was OK. It was close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. We booked 2 rooms - my entire room smelled like urine - really strong in the bathroom but the other room we had seemed cleaner and didn't smell. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A clean hotel with all the facilities I needed. The staff were lovely and were more than helpful. Food was delicious -both adult's and children's menu.

Pros: Staff were so helpful.
Cons: Air conditioning
We had a lovely stay at the Jury's in August, staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable and quiet. A great base for us all weekend, very relaxing and we enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities.
