Duck Cove Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The views were breathtaking. Breakfast was freshly made and very good value. Vince was so friendly and attentive. Overall a great place."
Island Sunset Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We only stayed one night but we wished we stayed here at least two. It was a whole suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. There is a nice porch with chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean and we loved the walk along the beach at sunset. FYI: It looks like there used to be a restaurant and spa which are not there anymore."

The Normaway Inn
10/10 Excellent
"What an experience. We were greeted warmly at check in. Staff was friendly (make sure to pet Suki .she's cute!). Answered all questions and apologiEs for no dinner/breakfast but provided helpful alternatives (The Lakes was great for family dinner spot, great staff and food). Cabin was cool...beauty fire pit I wish we used, but we were too busy at the Barn for the Celiidh. What an amazing surprise. Fun night of fiddling and square dancing (only Wed/Fri). And the coolest part...Highland Cows! Fr, but kept to themselvesiendly beasts...some escaped and wandered the grounds. Room was clean, staff was amazing and welcoming, got the full "Cape Breton" experience in 1 night...and we all loved it."
Situated on the beautiful Cabot Trail overlooking the Margaree river
