"Room was dusty. Ordered room service. It arrived quickly pizza and chips. Pizza had so much cheese it was inedible. Asked reception to order a taxi for the next morning 6.30am as I was going to Ross Hall Hospital and for extra coffee. Neither was done. Helpful overnight staff sorted it. Hotel felt dated with clunky keys."

"Hotel is in need of upgrading , room was nice but bath and shower needed replacing when turning on taps it was very noisy. Pillows very cheap and thin. Breakfast wasn't very good , coffee weak . Bread cheap assortment of pastries good if that's what you like for breakfast. Hams and cheese first day a few bits second day none had to settle for honey on toast and a banana. "

"The room was very spacious, clean, equipped with amenities. I prepaid for the breakfast to get the discounted rate. The buffet had great selection, and all items I tried were of excellent quality. There is a pool onsite as well."

"Dinner in the grill restaurant was amazing with lovely views out to the loch. Service was good despite it being very busy. Breakfast the following morning was in the same restaurant and it was even busier! We did wait a while for tea and coffee however the food was great and the staff were very friendly "

"The food was lovely. Mac and cheese meal was well presented as was the burger and fries. The beef burger was very good quality. These items were ordered from the children’s menu. Portion sizes were very generous. The breakfast choices were good too. Small cafe shops nearby for alternative breakfast fare as well as a local supermarket. Car parking is very good."
