My room was clean, comfortable and well set up. The location is convenient with enjoyable shopping and attractions nearby. The amenities of the hotel were great, with onsen and the lobby has a gift shop, bar, arcade huge seating area and overall a cool aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful ocean view. The staff working there were all incredibly courteous, friendly and kind people who made the stay really enjoyable. Really appreciated their exemplary customer service.
