(approx. 500m) On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a kitchenette and a small bay window with a dining table and access to the small terrace. The living room with flat screen TV and fireplace is open to the kitchen and therefore perfect for sociable family evenings. A WLAN connection is available. A shower room with toilet is on the ground floor and another large bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet on the upper floor shortens the cold days. Es müsste darauf hingewiesen werden, das die Unterkunft nur bedingt für 4 Erwachsene ausgestattet ist. Das 2\. Schlafzimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen offenen Gestell für Kleidung. Das untere Bad ist sehr eng durch die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Die Sauna im oberen Bad ist unnütz. Ich möchte noch darauf hinweisen, daß bei dem Pferdegestüt oder was immer das ist jede Nacht im halb Stunden Tackt ein Hund bis 1:30 nachts gebellt hat. Dies stört die Nachtruhe sehr und ist eigentlich auch nicht erlaubt. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass es in den zwei Wochen als wir in Kaltenhof waren, sehr viel geregnet hat aber wir hatten eben auch das Glück, in diesem schönen Ferienhaus zu wohnen. Es gab fast nichts, was wir vermisst haben, außer eine Fußmatte im Treppenhaus. Aber das war auch das einzige, was wir ein wenig kritisiert haben. Alles andere war superschön im Haus. Das Kinderzimmer war superschön ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche hatte jeden Komfort. Ebenso waren wir beeindruckt von der liebevollen Deko im ganzen Haus. Man hat gemerkt, dieses Haus kann nur jemand gehören, der sagt: Im Urlaub soll es den Gästen an nichts fehlen und hier würde ich auch 14 Tage wohnen wollen. Selbst im Gartenhäuschen fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten : Fahrrad, ein zusammenklappbarer Bollerwagen, Grill, sogar ein Federball-Spiel. Also zusammenfassend sagen wir als Familie mit Hund, im Ferienhaus haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Wetter hat die Stimmung natürlich schon getrübt aber wir haben das beste draus gemacht und waren sehr froh, bei Regen und schlechtem Wetter, in unser schönes Ferienhaus zurück zu kommen. Auch für Unternehmungen liegt man zentral. Die einzige Kritik die es gibt, war die Couch.
