Enjoy cozy hours in front of the fireplace with a view of nature. The open kitchen is complete and perfectly equipped. From the living room you can access the terrace and from there to the adjoining large lawn. There is plenty of space here to play and relax. A beach chair and garden furniture are of course available, as is a barbecue. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV and the other with two single beds complete the house. Zu sehen waren auf der Luftaufnahme zu dem Mietobjekt eine windgeschützte Terrasse mit zwei Liegestühlen. Tatsächlich war es die Aufnahme vom Nachbarhaus mit dem Namen des von gemieteten Hauses. Wir hatten keine Liegestühle und saßen auf einer zugigen Terrasse. Aufgrund des Windes wackelte außerdem die Satellitenschüssel und wir hörten dadurch ein unregelmäßiges Klopfgeräusch in der Nacht. Ein Mitarbeiter kam auch sehr schnell am nächsten Tag. Der konnte das Problem allerdings nicht beheben und wir zogen in das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten. Die Eigentümer sollten unbedingt eine Holzwand als Blick und Windschutz mal aufbauen. Die Wohnung an sich war modern und hell eingerichtet. Es war ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenausstattung vorhanden. In dem leeren Gartenhaus konnten wir hervorragend unsere Fahrräder abstellen. Platz für zwei Liegestühle wäre auch noch gewesen. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich gereinigt. insbesondere unter den Betten im Kinderzimmer war eine dicke Staubschicht an der Wandseite, so dass es irgendwie muffig roch. Mit dem schon lange nicht mehr geleerten Staubsauger haben wir diese entfernt. Der Strandkorb war neu und tadellos. Leider bestenfalls von einer Seite nicht einsehbar. Der nächste Strand bei Gollwitz ist ruhig, überhaupt nicht überlaufen, und so gesehen am schönsten. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Toll fanden wir, dass es nunmehr für die Sessel auf der Terrasse Sitzauflieger / Kissen gibt. Dies hatten wir bei unserem letzten Besuch in 2021 angeregt. Danke dafür. Ein paar Hinweise hätten wir: -der Strandkorb ist nun schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Plastik des Geflechts außen rum zerbröselt, die Plastikteile lagen herum, die wir größernteils aufgesammelt und entsorgt haben, da wir gesehen haben, dass Vögel darauf rum gepickt haben. Wir denken, dies sollte nicht sein. -wir meinen, dass mind. 2-3 Abfallbeutel (ggf. auch mehr) mit zur Grundausstattung gehören sollten. Vielleicht auch ein Fläschchen Spülmittel bzw. Spülmaschinentaps. Wir hatten 2 vorgefunden. Dies sollte bei diesem Mietpreis aus unserer Sicht doch machbar sein. Und noch eine Anmerkung zu den Gästen des Nachbarhauses am Freitag, 26.07., eine Gruppen von 6-7 Männern, die ziemlich lange und musikalisch lautstark gefeiert haben. Gegen Mitternacht habe ich mich auf den Weg gemacht, um sie um Ruhe zu bitten. Ein anderes Ehepaar kam gerade von diesem Haus zurück und hatte bereits um Ruhe gebeten. Die Musik außerhalb des Hauses wurde leise gedreht, jedoch wurde im Haus noch mindestens bis 2:30 Uhr laut gefeiert, was bis zu uns zu vernehmen war. Den Namen des Hauses kann ich Ihnen jetzt nicht sagen, es war das Haus auf der Seite unseres Einganges. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen in diese Richtung.
