Der Standort Kirchdorf war für mich ideal, um z.. Ich bin begeistert und komme nächstes Jahr wieder. Der Standort Kirchdorf war für mich ideal, um zu den anderen OT per Fahrrad zu kommen. Die kleine Wohnung hat völlig ausgereicht. Die Lage ruhig und doch mit Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr gut. Das PAS Team war super. Der Shuttle Service mit Schlüsselübergabe eine echte Erleichterung Bahn Reisende. Die Möglichkeit übr PAS eine Ferienwohnung zu kaufen, aber gleichzeitig einen Vermietungservice nutzen zu können sehr interessant. Im nächsten Jahr kann ich mir das konkreter mal überlegen. Kleine Kritik: 1\. das Eisfach im Kühlschrank hatte eine dicke Eisschicht. Den Strom habe ich daher nicht ausgeschaltet und die Kühlschranktür aufgemacht, weil ja sonst das Abtauwasser rausläuft. 2\. Ich hatte leider nicht wie andere Balkone einen Sonnenschirm o.ä. UV-Schutz. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, gleich am Hafen, Bus-Haltestelle und Bäcker/Supermarkt sowie Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da sich das Apartment in der 1\. Etage befindet, kann man bis nach Wismar über die Bucht schauen. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, d.h. die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings ist es sehr schade, dass die Zusammenstellung eher eine Ansammlung von Möbeln, die nicht mehr benötigt werden, ist. Im Raum sind die Deckenstrahler blau bzw rot, die Stehlampe aus Chrom und die Nachttischleuchten schwarz, eine Kommode ist aus Kiefer, die Nachttische weiß, das Bett aus grauem Holz, ein Beistelltisch schwarz/braun, die Küchenzeile weiß, der halbhohe Raumteiler davor (übrigens sehr praktisch) aus hellem Holz (die Farbe kommt aber auch nicht nochmal vor). Selbst in der kleinen Diele wurden drei verschiedene Holzfarben "kombiniert": Schrank, Garderobe und Schuhschrank, kein Teil passt zu dem anderen. Auch nicht im Bad und selbst die Bilder an den Wänden, nichts lässt darauf schließen, dass sich jemand um das Ambiente Gedanken gemacht hat .... sehr schade! Die Sterne unter Ausstattung der Unterkunft ergeben sich aus fünf Sterne für "Lage/praktische Ausstattung" und ein Sternchen für "Ambiente" geteilt durch zwei.
