Good walking distance to the centre. A bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. I don’t normally go for big chain hotels but this was a nice experience. For 1-2 nights a good option.

Long weekend
Stay was excellent. great view, room clean and comfortable. Service was excellent at all times. Only small gripe is the hot food at Breakfast was not very hot and should be looked in to.

I generally don’t take the time to leave reviews but the staff at the AC Hotel Innsbruck is exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms may be €20 more than other hotels, but the space, location, and staff warrant the rates. My mom and I loved our stay and definitely recommend staying here.

Very kind staff, specially Denis. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is really good. All hotel facilities are neat and tidy.

Enjoyable stay
Service was great. Room was a bit warm. We were advised to open the window which we had already done. I asked if a fan was available and one was delivered to our room within a few minutes. This made our room much more comfortable for sleeping. Restaurant was very convenient. Food and service were both great!

Great place!
Great stay. Room was clean and very nice. Bar downstairs was great. All staff members were very nice, professional, and helpful. Will stay again next time in Innsbruck. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well located near the centre of Innsbruck. The bathroom could have been better due to the lack of towel rails. I raised this with reception. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

A pleasurable walking distance to the old town and most of the points of interest, from the hotel. Check in was not the best, the staff seemed to choose who gets attended to first, not impressed. After I did comment about this they tried hard to make up for it. But when a tired traveller comes to check in, a nice friendly welcome with attention in proper time, would improve things.

Hotel was lovely with fantastic staff from the check-in desk to everyone we dealt with. Room was clean and facilities were ideal. Breakfast was great with extensive options and service staff were brilliant. Especially the front of house lady at breakfast who was so attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.
