The Space: Our spacious studio apartment offers comfortable living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries. During your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center, featuring both strength and cardio rooms. Additional amenities include: \- Complimentary in-unit washer and dryer \- Smart TV with pre-installed streaming apps \- TV in the living room \- Free coffee to start your day Bedroom Configuration: Studio: 1 queen bed Ample paid street parking is available, and guests staying for more than 7 days can opt for paid garage parking. We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: \- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. \- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
