We stayed in Room 408. Loud banging noises went on all night long. The three of us got about 4 hours sleep. We complained on the way out and they were shocked. I talked to an employee in the hall at around ten about it and he said it was just probably doors open and closing and would settle down. It didn’t

It was just ok We wanted to put our ice packs in the freezer but the refrigerator didn't work, when we turned it on it leaked all over the floor. The pillows and mattress were horrible we didn't sleep well at all. The sink was kinda funny..way way to big for such a small counter...leaving no room on the counter for anything as a women i had more then just a toothbrush. Wasn't convenient at all

The water for sink and shower was not very warm. The alarm clock went off at midnight. The 2 remotes for the TV were confusing. The cooling system was loud when it ran. For 2 adults we were only given one bath towel each. The cleaning service knock on our door approx 9:15 am however we were still sleeping in

They didn't put any soap in the shower dispensers. The missing breakfast bar was a dieter's godsend. New management put the same photo on every floor by the elevator so we never felt lost. The room card had to be re-inialized each time we came back to the room. That was an unexpected security perk. Go Red!

Very clean and bright, and the staff were very helpful. I had a fair amount of road noise, so you may want to ask for a room that doesn't face the road. Note that this is a good deal in the budget category of hotel.

We stayed at this hotel as a last resort and while I didn’t expect a luxury experience, I was disappointed. The hotel was clean in the lobby and common spaces and the receptionist was very nice. However, our room was interesting to say the least. We got a king superior room and on the surface it looked clean until we looked at the bed sheets. Lipstick stained (or blood), cigarette holes in the sheets. Yellow stains on the fitted sheet and flat sheet. Black stains on the mattress. We brought our own sheets (thank god) but I feel as though sheets and a clean mattress are the most important thing! We basically cleaned the room ourselves (we brought Lysol wipes) and while I know Housekeepers don’t have all the time to deep clean, I would think that the basic things would be cleaned. I would only stay there again if it was a last resort. You get what you pay for, I guess!

Hotel was filthy!!
I am not sure how this property is still in business!! We did not end up staying here due to the conditions of the hotel. The rooms were disgusting with dirty clothes under furniture, bugs in the beds and the blankets on the beds were torn and unusable. We ended up going to a different hotel and getting a refund! I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here!!

Hotel was absolutely filthy!!
We did not end up staying here after finding bugs in the beds and the whole hotel was absolutely filthy!! We asked for a refund and took our family somewhere else. I cannot believe they are still in business!!

Never ever stay here. Broken window, dirty shower, hair and random fuzz/dust everywhere. Was bitten by something the 20 minutes we sat in the bed. Found bed bugs and cockroaches. Staff was very rude and kept pushing us off and told us we were NOT getting a refund that ‘they bugs were coming from outside’. So you KNOW the window is broken in your room and you’re still giving people this room???? We got Expedia involved immediately before leaving the parking lot after the supervisor of the hotel acted like he wanted to challenge us about getting a refund- we recovered an immediate refund. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!

Nasty, duty worse experience ever .
It was so traumatic , the room was duty , I found a bed bug on the sheets and I had bites on my back and arm and I wasn’t the only one making a complaint that the rooms where duty

The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Our room was spacious and clean. It appears to be an older hotel but has been kept up nicely.

Functional but not fantastic
Was there just a few hours due to flight schedules, so it served the purpose. Felt like it looked better in the pictures online and more run-down in person. Thought the airport shuttle was complimentary, which was a big factor in choosing this property, but was informed upon checking in that there was a fee for this service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely disgusting hotel. I booked 2 rooms and I only stayed one night because it was so bad. Floors were sticky, bedsheets had holes in from mice/animals chewing through them, and towels had stains/pubic hairs all over. The whole hotel stunk. I thought someone left an upper decker in the toilet because my room smelled so bad. The front desk worker could not care less about my complaints. He just wanted to get back to talking on the phone to his friend. Will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again. Would love a refund for the 2nd night I I didn’t stay due to room conditions.
