My boyfriend and I stayed in Indianapolis for my birthday and we were expecting a decent hotel because they took over $200 out of our account. It was extremely noisy due to people outside and staff did not care even though it was midnight. Our bathroom had NO hot water and their was a brown substance on the side of the bathtub. When we mentioned it to the staff they said “ thank you for letting us know “ but did not try to help us in the situation.. The air conditioning only worked on 60°. We were completely unhappy with our stay and it was a waste of money.

It worked for what I needed, which was a decent place to stay for a quick trip. Nothing fancy, but the guy at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and the pillows were great

During my stay, the property was clean, just outdated. Clean towels that appeared to be new were provided. During our stay, there was an incident where someone was trying to force themselves in our room by banging at the door trying to come in. We could hear people yelling in the outside. Throughout the night, you could hear people partying in other rooms. Sadly, we were unable to sleep and get rest. We stayed there for one night and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The door to our room appeared to lock, until they tried breaking it down. The lock would not hold down! When I called the lobby, the staff seemed unfazed and said everything was ok and that the person trying to break down the door was in the wrong room…. How is that even acceptable?!?! We will never stay here again.

Dear Jessica,Please accept our sincere apology for this situation. I do understand how important safety and security of our guest is . The guest who was trying to get in to the room, had a different room number but for some reasons the guest thought it was that room. Let me assure you that with his key made for different room would have not opened your room. Our staff did follow up once they received your call and checked with the guest. The guest made an honest mistake but I do understand your concerns about this situation.Again, we are extremely sorry for any inconveniences you had during your stay. It looks like the pictures but it is a motel. They do have a breakfast area inside the lobby which makes it seems like a hotel.

This was a nice hotel for what we needed. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Doors are outside so the weather hits you as soon as you open door but we didn't mind we could look out and see our car. Area was not bad convenient to get to pkenty of food around.

This place was fine for a one night stay to avoid bad weather. It was clean but super dated, especially the bathroom. I didn't realize that the rooms on the first end second floors were outside, which I did not like at all. Breakfast was decent.

Motel was very quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The small fridge had a larger than normal freezer area for ice packs we place in our cooler. Nice and large flat screen TV. Wi-fi was fast. Lots of parking. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Just off the interstate. Continental breakfast did offer waffles.

We had a nice stay here. It was very clean, the shower had nice hot water, the bed was super comfy, and it was very quiet. Convenient location to Ruoff Music Center, and lots of shopping and dining options nearby.

Nice remodeled hotel but needs upkeep
The hotel updates are very nice but they won’t stay that way for long if they don’t improve the cleaning. The doors to the office were filthy and the elevator was unkept.
