Expect empty cupboards, sparse furniture, nearly no decorations, but it's exactly as described in the listing. Used our own air mattress. Pans and utensils to cook breakfast and simple meals. While I'd consider staying here again, but it'd be as a backup plan. It worked. But I decorated a college apartment better than this - wouldn't take a lot to make it more inviting. ##### David B.
