Everything was excellent. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel was very accessible and accommodating and clean. Area outside and around the hotel was clean and well lit and felt safe. Restaurants were aplenty. Many shops and bars. Stayed the weekend to catch a metal show at the Old National Centre. Would definitely visit Indianapolis again and stay at the same hotel and visit the same venue. My only critique would be the parking as we were not sure (or aware) of the parking situation downtown and for our hotel but we realized we can just go into a parking garage and pay the days rate. It all worked out fine but that part we were a bit unsure of. All things considered, it was a great time!

We love staying at this specific hotel everytime we visit Indy! It’s right down town. We walk everywhere. The workers are always so friendly. All around good atmosphere. And the rooms are always nice and clean!!

The pool area is dirty and not maintained. There was garbage on the floor when we went that was still there the next morning. The floor we stayed on smelled like sewage

Apparently if you book your room through expedia, and select your room type, they get to pick and choose where to put you. We booked a King suite and were put in a room with two fulls after PAYING for the King. When we addressed the issue at the front desk, they told us since we booked through a 3rd-party that is a “request” that we wanted the king suite, and it was not guaranteed. They immediately just asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation rather than accommodating us to the room that we booked. Extremely passive aggressive and rude. They obviously do not care about people who book through 3rd-parties, so beware.

It was okay. We had 4 children the room was very narrow and pool was tiny. Over all it met our needs for one night. Couldn’t do more than that with kids.

I liked that it was ideally situated downtown. I did not like that the bathroom sink did not drain (gross) and the beds, both of them, were so worn that they sunk in and I could not sleep all night. The hotel allowed me to check other rooms, but the mattresses are all the same age, they said, meaning OLD. One should not have to pay for no bed.

An abundance of amenities and attention to every need for guests from an overnight trip to an extended business stay. The location is very convenient for someone who is looking to be close to all of the Downtown Indy offerings.

Check in was easy and the staff was great. The lamp shade was broken and the other one was missing. I typically don’t notice these things because I don’t care but my mom pointed it out. However, the water in the shower was good, hot, and had great water pressure. That’s what I care about.

Decent hotel at a reasonable price
We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. Our only complaints were: 1) The HVAC in the room was very loud when turning on and off, it woke us up throughout both nights of our stay. 2) The breakfast options weren't great for gluten free people. All that being said, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the kitchenette had dishes for our use, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to people looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable rate. Very walkable location.

Great location and price. Walked to the zoo and a Raiders game at Lucas Oil Stadium. Bed is terribly uncomfortable, breakfast is what you'd expect from these economy hotels. Still good, but not as good as their pictures of food. Valet parking is expensive. Did not use it. BMO garage is right next door. Used the ParkWhiz app to reserve my parking, easy peasy.
