Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The stay was great, exactly what it looked like and what we wanted for an excellent time in Indy. Very walkable to Mass Ave. and close enough to walk to downtown (if it's warm enough). The reservation process is cumbersome with Cozy Suites - once you reserve through VRBO, they then ask you to reserve and pay through their own site (which sounds shady, but I wasn't charged twice). Directions to check in are good, very automated and they TRY to make things easy. However, they had a problem with our lockbox code and it took 15-20 minutes to reach someone there to take care of it. They still hadn't fixed the issue by the time we left, which was particularly frustrating. Still, for the price and location, it was worth the bit of difficulty. ##### Michael M.
