The Space: Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. You can also enjoy : \- In-unit washer and dryer for free \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- TV in the living room \- Complimentary coffee Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building (\~$15-17/day; $125/month). Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
