Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We around about a hour before check in and were able to make contact and check in early. That was a big plus. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. Although in the middle of downtown Indy and not really a necessity, having free wifi is also an added benefit. Having access to a parking garage is an added bonus when staying downtown. There are two opportunities for improvement from our stay. Number 1 being how cumbersome it is to keep up with 4 different codes to access parking, access the building, utilize the elevator and get into the room with the last code not working the entire stay (luckily a key was left behind for us to use). The second being the size of the bath towels which are only slightly larger than than the floor mat for in front of the shower. It was very difficult to get dried off after showering. In the future I would bring my own bath towels. ##### Nicholas D.
