The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. I rented this apartment for an activity at the conference center, which is really close. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to stay here. The apartment was super clean, better than any hotel around. It was very easy to access and to get around for the conference. It is very close and convenient to restaurants, skywalk, we even got to use the pool table on the fifth floor. I think this was the best choice to stay in Indianapolis! Easily walkable to many downtown points of interest and connected to the skywalk. The apartment itself was very, very sparsely furnished. It would very much be improved by a full size couch or a lounge chair or two in the living room. The bedrooms each only have a bed and one small narrow nightstand. They really, really need a nightstand on each side and just some kind of other surface to put luggage/other stuff on. A small dresser, or accent chair, even a folding luggage rack would be welcome! That being said, the location and the building really were great. Our flight got in early and I called the CozySuites customer service line to see if we could check in early and the agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating! ##### Jennifer W.
